I'll always enjoy the roast beef sandwich at Arby's. I usually get the double and add the local A-A BBQ sauce, along with curly fries. As with most establishments, prices have risen significantly since COVID, and the portions of fries have diminished. My meal was $15.
Counter Service was very friendly and efficient.

A nice and clean fast food restaurant with adequate parking and is handicap friendly. The food is freshly made, and their menu has broadened from being just beef to chicken and a number of other dishes. Friendly personnel.

Went in at 5:45 pm and trying to get roasted quarter chicken (just the breast and wing). Nothing for 15-20 more minutes. When I asked the guy ringing me up he said they had a new system. I guess they are super afraid of having anything extra at end of night so they don't make enough. Also the fries were not hot at all. I live less than 10 minutes away and that should not be the case. Anyway the people that work there seem nice enough but quality of food and service has gone way down over the last several years. Will not be back

I really love the Arby's in Midlothian, Virginia. I was blown away by the excellent service! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a really welcoming atmosphere. And the food? Delicious! My order was prepared perfectly and tasted fresh. This Arby's definitely exceeded my expectations – highly recommended!

Went there on my lunch break bought two combos which came to $34 and then get back to work and the food's not even in the bag. I will never ever go to this Arby's again and hopefully I won't go to any Arby's again. Called and the manager told me they could put my name in a book so when I come back they can replace the food which makes no sense at all. How about get some employees that can do their job.

I haven't been to Arby's in YEARS. Received some coupons in the mail and decided to get the 2 roast beef and cheddar sandwiches for $7. These sandwiches are HUGE!!. They were hot and fresh. They weren't stingy with the cheese. The bread was toasted they gave plenty of sauce (I didn't even have to ask) went through drive thru around 8:30pm on a Friday. Lil young black dude very pleasant at the window. Great job Arby's . As long as u keep sending coupons it is more likely than not that I will be back.
