This place has a bunch of lazy workers. I’ve been here several times, unfortunately and have asked for a waffle cone and they just simply apologize and say it’s just so many of us that work here we didn’t have time to make it. Bunch of lazy worthless people work here.

I would rate this place 0 stars if it was an option. No matter what time of day or day of week they always seem to never have any flavors available. Don’t dare bring your daughter for the mermaid cup they advertise, either. Never has it been in stock, never. If you go through the drive thru despite how small your order may be- plan on them telling you to pull around and park in front so you can wait another 20 minutes for a shot at the correct order. Place is a disgrace and piss poor management top to bottom.

The place was short staffed, so it took a bit to get all our orders. The girl who was helping us, the shift leader I think, was really friendly and hustling. She's definitely not getting paid enough and needs a raise. The shakes were good too.
Ordered my son’s birthday cake 48 hours in advance at the Hull St. location in person. Went to pick it up on the day of his birthday and they said I that they didn’t have the cake and it was never ordered. Showed them the receipt and they said I could have a generic pre made cake from the freezer or a refund. It was a huge disappointment.

Had a taste for a Cappuccino Blast. Young lady making it was new and had no idea how to make it nor the ingredients. Young man was on break, I guess, and sat in the eating area. The 2 other ladies handled the drive thru. Myself & 5 other patrons waited til she finished making it then cleaned the area before giving me my drink. Father & son walked out with me. No whip cream or sprinkles were offered.

Ordered milkshakes & they don’t even know how to make them. My milkshake look like a cup of milk literally. They are supposed to have all the different flavors & they only had maybe about 4 flavors… and vanilla wasn’t one of them.
