I ordered a cake for my daughter’s 16th birthday and paid $60 two weeks in advance. When I arrived to pick it up, the cake was terribly decorated, had the wrong name, and even said “Happy 11th Birthday” instead of 16th.
They told me they couldn’t redo it while I was there. Instead, they simply wiped the icing off and rewrote it — and you could still see the previous kid’s name underneath. The correction looked messy, rushed, and unprofessional. I asked if they could wipe it clean and write it properly, and I was declined.
They offered me a $10 refund, but no $10 can fix a ruined birthday moment for my daughter. Completely unacceptable and a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning.

The cake box was not fully assembled, so when I picked my mom‘s birthday cake up off of the counter In the store, it completely fell out of the box. When I told the supervisor, she replied that she couldn’t do anything about it because they don’t have a baker in on the weekends. I could take a replacement cake that I knew my mom wouldn’t like, or leave empty-handed and get a refund. It was my fault for thinking that Baskin-Robbins could get it right on the one day it really mattered

The ice cream had an odd appearance. It did not look fresh. No employees were serving customers. The 8 employees were clustered together at the Dunkin side.

This place has a bunch of lazy workers. I’ve been here several times, unfortunately and have asked for a waffle cone and they just simply apologize and say it’s just so many of us that work here we didn’t have time to make it. Bunch of lazy worthless people work here.

I would rate this place 0 stars if it was an option. No matter what time of day or day of week they always seem to never have any flavors available. Don’t dare bring your daughter for the mermaid cup they advertise, either. Never has it been in stock, never. If you go through the drive thru despite how small your order may be- plan on them telling you to pull around and park in front so you can wait another 20 minutes for a shot at the correct order. Place is a disgrace and piss poor management top to bottom.

The place was short staffed, so it took a bit to get all our orders. The girl who was helping us, the shift leader I think, was really friendly and hustling. She's definitely not getting paid enough and needs a raise. The shakes were good too.

Went to pick it up on the day of his birthday and they said I that they didn’t have the cake and it was never ordered. Showed them the receipt and they said I could have a generic pre made cake from the freezer or a refund. It was a huge disappointment.
