A great boba tea place where you don't have to drive longer dealing with the traffic and struggle during peak hours to find parking!

Our go-to for bubble tea in the MidLo area. Between the milk teas (highly recommend the brown sugar tea) or fruit teas (kiddos are obsessed with either the passion fruit or yogurt drinks) you can’t go wrong.

You’ve also got to try out any of their mochi donuts; chewy, sweet, and delicious.

This place is so cute inside I've driven past this little shopping center several times and I never knew that was inside. When I went inside, the lady was super helpful and told me the options I had to choose from. I picked a mango croffle which was freaking delicious and I also got a passionfruit tea, which I'm gonna try in a little bit because I'm full from the croffle lol.
