I have given this store multiple chances but they fairly regularly mess my order up. I generally order for delivery (using door dash), and my pizzas very often come with the wrong ingredients. By the time they arrive, it’s too late to have them fixed as it would take another hour or so to get another delivery. Very frustrating. Pizza is good when it’s made correctly.

Nice, clean restaurant with friendly personnel. We love the fact that you can custom design your own pizza for a flat price and choose from 35 toppings & crust. Most importantly, it is a delicious pizza, and it is EXACTLY what you want. Plenty of free parking.

We were in Maryland Blaze Pizza. Had great experience. But the Richmond one is not customer friendly., they have the space but they do not want customers. May be they are only carryout place. There phone system makes it difficult to navigate.

Love Blaze pizzas but today I probably had the worst pizza I ever had. Had to throw it away. My partner unfortunately picked it up without checking. Please look at the attached image. Why would the restaurant box a burnt pizza instead of redoing a new one. Would you eat this?

Did take out. They didn’t follow the order directions for a build your own order. And food was mediocre at best- both the best and cheesy bread. I did throw away the cheesy bread and picked off the chicken on the pizza it was

Y'all omg I'm obsessed with blaze. If I could eat here everyday I would I swear. I love how friendly staff is, quick service, clean environment, and seating indoor and outside. The drinks are amazing. Love the lemonade. I've eaten here about 5 times and it's consistently amazing. Highly recommend!
It's really cool. The whole family can get what they want for a reasonable price. Stone fired pizzas. Clean and organized. Staff was very helpful as it was our first time here, thanks to the Tmobile Tuesday coupon!

My wife and I went to Blaze and were blown away by their service. They had accidentally given us the wrong dough and when I went to pick up the pizza, without being prompted, they realized their mistake and told us that they were going to let us keep the mistake pizza and make us a whole other pizza! They delivered it with a extra brownie to our table. Nice work taking ownership and making it right Blaze! We will definitely be coming back!

Love this place and am surprised it hasn't been more busy when I've been in, 4 times now. I love the offerings for the build your own pizza. It's not 'run of the mill' unless you want it to be. For me though, I love a Balsalmic drizzle with an Olive oil drizzle on top of Artichoke hearts, onion slivers, and yes, pepperoni, mushroons, and Mozzarella pats. Finish it with sprinkles of Parmesan and Oregano flakes and I'm in heaven!Surprisingly, the price is not too bad and I think cheaper than the competition.Why isn't this place booming? Is it that most folks like the 'standard' Domino's, Pizza Hut or similar place better with their standard options? ?
