Took almost an hour to get my food and then I was missing 2 sides plus the tea was basically all water and melted ice.

I went to have breakfast and although the drive-thru line was long as well as the line inside, I decided to go inside and sit. The manager was motivating the staff and was patient with the customers. It took a while but he apologized to each customer. He remained calm and set the tone for the staff to remain calm as well. Such a great quality to have in a supervisor. I think the supervisor's name is Terry but I could be wrong. Good job sir!

Delicious and friendly. There was a bit of a wait, but the sausage bo berry biscuits were worth it.

15 minutes sitting at the window while cultured youth employees danced, played grab ass and just were cutting up in general (awkward as F). My helper ordered a 3 piece boneless chicken meal and these pieces of chicken were like small as possible.. They asked if he wanted sauce as it comes with the meal so we asked for barbecue sauce which they informed us they didn't have any! Yep a chicken joint ran out of barbecue sauce . The wait time is incredibly long for the 2 stock OEM meals we ordered, it amazes me they can't shake their little butts over to that chicken fryer and put in some moves there and quit eating the big ones themselves as none made it in our box out the window when it finally got through. Oh well ! I used to go there a lot but the prices have about doubled in the last 5 years and the service and expectations of which never make it out the window either anymore so maybe once a month I'll put myself through it again to remind me why I don't generally eat there anymore.

Super quick service and the lady giving me our order at the window was a ray of sunshine with a great personality and the best smile! To top it off i had an issue with my baby in the backseat and she was kind, patient and helpful. If I'm spending my money on fast food then I'll be spending it at Bo!
