It was our second time having Gio as our server and he was amazing. Although he was obviously very busy, he made us feel like we were his only table. The food is constantly very good and we are never disappointed.

We went on Sunday 1/18 for my birthday. We had reservations and arrived early. Greeted nicely and sat quickly, ordered drinks and no bread waitress brought us bread anyway. She served other tables arriving after us. They received their drinks before we did. Waiting 25 minutes for two drinks and she blamed the bartender who wasn’t busy since there was hardly anyone there. We ordered 2 filet mignons and waited over 50 minutes. Waitress brought us 2 sirloins steaks clearly they don’t understand the difference between sirloin and filet. It appeared they gave our filets to the table next to us which is great for them since they couldn’t get bread from their server. The manager came and apologized and said he would have our filets done immediately, which seemed confusing as we already waited 50 minutes for sirloins. Clearly this restaurant has no concept of customer service. Their servers don’t actively listen. They have no respect for what you ordered and then they think they can apologize and have another opportunity to make your order. Life is too short to waste it in this place. DO NOT GO HERE.

I gave it three stars because the server and atmosphere were great, and the bread they bring to the table was delicious. However, my sandwich bun was hard on the bottom, and my burger was dry,dry and dry.

Me and girls had our monthly dinner date, this was my first time here. It was a bit busy tonight around 6pm. Our server Nicole was great!! She gave great recommendations and I must say that strawberry margarita was perfect!!!! It was a bit of a wait for our food because the kitchen was backed up and she told us. I would definitely come back. We all enjoyed our meals. The appetizer we got the imperial dip wasn’t that good. Really no flavor at all…

If you order food to go from this location be very very careful.
Not only was my CHICKEN MARSALA instead replaced with SALMON (which any decent kitchen staff would NEVER make that mix up), the broccoli was served uncooked and as raw as if I had picked it up at the grocery store myself.
Then comes the burnt black Brussel sprouts as pictured below, a failing of this proportion I assume must fall on either the kitchen manager or general manager, either way we will be choosing to take our business elsewhere.

Great food and outstanding service was provided by the Hull Street Bonefish Grill staff on a recent visit. The staff put a significant effort into ensuring our visit was memorable and pleasant. The food quantities and quality were both excellent.

We went for the bang bang shrimp and seafood dip today. Our server Rhys was on point. Keeping our drinks filled and made sure our dining experience was a pleasant one.

food was flavorless, didn't have enough of lobster tail for our 2 orders. had to order a different dinner after we placed our order. then when food was presented, it was missing the lobster tails on the first order. then the replacement came after we were all done eating. the cheesecake was dry and the cherry sauce tasted like oranges. the keylime pie was very sour. not a great experience
