Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Went tonight was busy, while in line waiting, was watching the servers prepare the ice cream, saw all the girls had hair up away from food except one girl w/long hair was down and she kept playing with her hair while preparing the orders ours included. She really should contain her hair while preparing food. The ice cream tasted great but did check to be sure there was no hair in it.
The owner should remind her to keep the hair up when prepping food.

Ice cream was great BUT they’re so short staffed. The girl who took our order also had to prepare our order, so that slowed things down. I felt bad for her but she was pleasant & friendly. The limited seating area really needs a good hosing down as well.

Yesterday, I celebrated my son's 12th birthday, and I ordered mint chocolate ice cream cake from Bruster's. Everyone loved it. The cake was beautifully design, it writing was well written, and it brought a lot of smile to all of our guests --including the birthday boy.

We love Brusters flavors and ice cream. The specials are awesome too! And their point system add up quickly.

This is a sweet little ice cream shop. The ice cream is rich, creamy and delicious. There are lots of benches and chairs to sit and enjoy your treat!

We are actually sitting here waiting on our car. Brewster's is closed. BUT a wonderful woman came out and gave us the most amazing ice cream I've honestly ever had!! Holy moly!!! She brought toppings too! They don't open for another 1.5 hours!

There was a slight hiccup in trying to get toppings on my sundae, but the experience was still very positive. I even think I wasn't charged for the extra crumbled waffle cone I asked for in my icecream, so it was worth it in the end. Very nice play area for the kids, chalk for sidewalk art, and a little tucked away for safety make me rate this place high for families with small children. Highly reccomend!

Great place to grab a cone or a cup. We had two hot fudge sundaes and they were excellent with chocolate and cookie batter ice cream. The service was on point and quick!

I ordered an ice cream cake from here. It was very simple to do, and you can even do it online! You can customize everything that goes into your cake! We did chocolate cake with fudge filling and mint chocolate chip ice cream. It was by far the most delicious ice cream cake I have ever had! It wasn't overly priced even though it was an ice cream cake. Originally, we went to publix and were met with issue after issue trying to order an ice cream cake in store. Then we found Brusters online and realized we could do this very easily, customize the cake the way we want, and pick up when we need all for a reasonable price!! After I ordered, Brusters sent me a text confirming my order was received and an email with my receipt for the order and payment. I have never received any more messages from them or emails! Which is nice since usually when you buy something online, you have agreed to that company spamming you. 2 weeks later, I showed up to pick up my cake. They have a different window for picking up online orders, so you don't have to wait in line behind people trying to order ice cream. The man who helped me was very friendly and asked my name and off he went to get my cake! He even gave me instructions to remove the cake from the freezer 10 minutes before cutting. My son was very happy I came through with the exact cake he wanted! Thank you, Brusters, for making his birthday cake dreams a reality and giving me bonus cool mom points!
