I ordered an ice cream cake from here. It was very simple to do, and you can even do it online! You can customize everything that goes into your cake! We did chocolate cake with fudge filling and mint chocolate chip ice cream. It was by far the most delicious ice cream cake I have ever had! It wasn't overly priced even though it was an ice cream cake. Originally, we went to publix and were met with issue after issue trying to order an ice cream cake in store. Then we found Brusters online and realized we could do this very easily, customize the cake the way we want, and pick up when we need all for a reasonable price!! After I ordered, Brusters sent me a text confirming my order was received and an email with my receipt for the order and payment. I have never received any more messages from them or emails! Which is nice since usually when you buy something online, you have agreed to that company spamming you. 2 weeks later, I showed up to pick up my cake. They have a different window for picking up online orders, so you don't have to wait in line behind people trying to order ice cream. The man who helped me was very friendly and asked my name and off he went to get my cake! He even gave me instructions to remove the cake from the freezer 10 minutes before cutting. My son was very happy I came through with the exact cake he wanted! Thank you, Brusters, for making his birthday cake dreams a reality and giving me bonus cool mom points!

Amazing ice cream and service!!! They have holiday flavors -- loved the peppermint stick and peppermint Oreo flavors. The butter pecan was great and there waffle cones were so good! The ice cream shop is so cute and decorated well. Will definitely be back here again!

Great evening out with my wife and kids to officially end the summer break before school starts next week.We opted for the Hull Street location as staff has always been friendly and helpful in the past.Wide variety of choices to select from. My wife and I opted for a two scoop, while my daughter elected to go for three flavors and my son taking the hot fudge Sunday route.I selected key lime pie and my all time favorite graham central station…The key lime pie was on point and tasted just like the dessert.If you have not tried graham central station you have been missing out. There are crushed up graham crackers (picture almost like cookie dough pieces) that are a treat for the tastebuds.On busy nights there is a line but staff make quick work to ensure that all have their selections in a timely manner.There is also a rewards program that is available to join that provides discounts and ice cream on your birthday.Outdoor patio with umbrellas to keep you shaded or share a treat with your k9 companions. Sidewalk chalk is also available for the kids to make designs.

Love it! My husband used to work at a Brusters so we are partial to it. They have a huge variety of flavors. I usually go with a mint or cookie craze. It seems like there is always a new flavor when we go. They have vegan options too. The staff is nice and relatively quick. The picnic/seating area is outside and has become a nice place for families. The rewards program is my favorite. We get a free $5 every once in a while because we go so often. They also have lots of coupons floating around.

Bruster's have great ice cream and fair value for money. I think their selection is outstanding. The only thing I dislike is being asked for a tip at the drive up window. It may or may not be company policy but it seems a bit of a shakedown.
It has been about 12 years since my last visit. Not because of any bad experience, but just because we had moved out of state & when we moved back all the kids were grown & off living their lives making their future bright.As the sole caregiver to my mom when she ask if we could stop for an ice cream cone (she was thinking dairy queen on the next corner), I suggested Brusters. Excitedly she said are they still open? She was surprised and even more excited when she saw the answer to her question. they were still here and open to serve up their homemade ice cream & sweet treats.It was nice to see the much-needed improvements that have been made sometime in the past many yrs. They have more outdoor seating around and behind the building & a nice playground for the little one's to enjoy playing in & on while learning that sand will stick to everything when your sticky sweet. ?As always the service is friendly grounds were clean & no trash was thrown around.I enjoyed a double-scoop waffle cone w/a scoop of pistachio & a scoop of coconut cream pie ice cream. Both flavors are amazing! Mom enjoyed her strawberry 2 scoop just as much! Was a great day to enjoy the simple things at Bruster's!

Everyone here is always so friendly and nice. The ice cream here is the best by far from other ice cream shops around. We also had ordered online and the store called to tell us that the flavor we ordered was no longer at their store. That was a HUGE plus as most ice cream shops would just substitute without even letting you know. Keep it up! We will definitely will be bringing business back here again soon!

Brusters was always my favorite ice cream place. Haven't been in awhile (my son always wants Gelati Celesti). I have to say it was very disappointing today. Service is slow and not friendly. I asked for a single scoop with hot fudge, I got 3 scoops and hardly any fudge. I can see why Gelati Celesti is so popular. Fast, friendly and you can order how you like it. Sadly nothing like it used to be.

Not hard to find, lots of parking, they have an area in the back for kids to play and adults to sit. Window ordering system, no indoor area for ordering.What I didn't like was the staff were very blah, ice cream was freezer burnt. I will not be back for freezer burnt ice cream. Disappointed ☹️
