MALE EMPLOYEE IN GIRLS BATHROOM. 9/4/25 @ 4:45pm. Completely inappropriate, I am disgusted. I was in the girls bathroom with my elementary age daughters when a MALE employee entered the bathroom followed by a female employee and they entered the SAME STALL. Inappropriate on all levels, completely unprofessional and quite frankly disgusting. When I spoke with the manager Tracey she told me the male “identifies” as a female and that the establishment was “an equal opportunity employer”. There is no excuse for a male in the girls bathroom, let alone TWO employees in the same stall at the same time. BOTH of my daughters were extremely confused and uncomfortable with a male in their bathroom - let alone WITH another woman in the stall. When we tried to pay for the food on our table and leave because we were uncomfortable, they attempted to bill us the entire bill (we had not even gotten our food yet). When we tried to correct the “second manager on duty” from ringing up the entire bill, she then proceeded to act like WE were the inappropriate ones and said my husband “yelled” at her when he was simply shouting “maam!” To get her attention before she rang up the entire bill. She was highly confrontational (I wish I got her name but she was blonde). I am terribly disappointed and will never go back to any BWW establishment in the future. Unfortunately, they value affirming mental illness over the safety of little girls in their establishment. Disgusting.

Went in around 10:50, they close at 12:00. I went to place a to go order and the young lady let me know I have to order at the bar. The bartender was taking samples of beer … didn’t really wanna order from a drunk worker… but No problem, I go to the bar and the bartender tells me the grill is cut off at 10:45…. Why are you open until 12 if you can’t receive full service after 10:45.
No sign that says the kitchen closes at a certain time and over never known a Buffalo Wild Wings to close their kitchen down early…. But I digress. Go at your own risk… and remember they only serve food when they want to… open for business doesn’t equate to offering food .

Made an order for pickup , the order was wrong the burger was not cooked, Mac and cheese was very crusty ( seriously)- I called back to speak to the manager twice they hanged up on me , never go a call back or a voucher refund. I don’t remember it

I usually come to Bdubs and have an astounding time. We went today when it wasn’t that busy and our server Garza, was incredibly rude, made us wait and wait when there was nobody else around. When it was time to pay, she took our card and went and talked with friends and made us wait forever. Then when it came to get Togo bags and food, an extra 30 minutes. Garza was really rude and needs to think about her attitude if she wants to serve. I will not be coming back if Garza is my server!!

I dont know what it is about this BWW but the staff here always have a chip on their shoulder. Witnessed one waitress get offended because a patron told her the restroom needed toilet paper. At my table she couldn't care less about customer service. Plus when I come with a stroller they act like I'm putting them out at hostess stand. Third time being at this location and I am yet to say I've had good service. Either they disappear, takes forever to get food delivered, or the waitress forgets they are in a service role.
Half of our order was missing. The lady we spoke to say it wasn’t their problem.

I ordered all you can eat wings. Im not sure of the policy, but you have to wait in between orders. I think they do this on purpose. Who wants to sit there all that time in between orders only to get 6 wings at a time. Put at least 10-12 per order. Last time going to Buffalo wild wings.

My visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings location was as expected. The service was quick and efficient. The food, although it took a little while, was hot and fresh. The only issue? I ordered boneless wings in three flavors: Parmesan Garlic, Orange sauce, and Teriyaki. The Parmesan Garlic was very salty, that was the only detail but the Garden side salad was good with the vinegar dressing that is kind sweet. But overall, I would still recommend them.
