I was at dinner here tonight and I had the best server...EVER! I think her name was Savannah (she had tattoos). You could tell she was really busy, but she never skipped a beat in her service to us and was very attentative...she kept our drinks filled the entire time (thats a A+ in my book!) I came here for the first time with a friend. The food was great and I enjoyed all the TVs playing different sports. But our waitress was the best part of my experience. She was knowledgeable, friendly, very attentive, and engaged in conversations! When I come back again, I will be asking for Savannah as my waitress!

Before posting my review I read some others that were recent and considering my family and I had the same server I wanted to share my experience as well. My family of 6 and I came in yesterday evening. We didn't expect for it to be so busy but we forgot about the basketball games. Considering how busy it was and that my daughters 2 youngest boys were mid tantrum before we got fully seated, we were not expecting it to be the best experience. Boy! Were we wrong!! It was a bit loud due to the sports events happening, but there is nothing to be done about that, it's to be expected at a sports bar. Other than that, our experience here FAR exceeded our expectations thanks to our server and we will be coming back, frequently!! Savannah was promptly at our table within a minute of us sitting down to bring us whatever we might need throughout our meal (extra napkins, straws, silverware, etc.). My grand baby's were still crying and screaming when she walked up, and she did not seem the least bit irritated as most servers are in that situation. She asked if she could make them a "special happy drink" and brought them back shirley temples with cherries on top and offered them with a smile. Needless to say, the tantrums were immediately over. We had a great meal and experience together as a family and Savannah was informative, attentive, gracious and caring from start to finish. We will certainly be returning and hope to see her again soon! Thank you for everything Savanah!

My sister and I came in for dinner and our server Savannah was AMAZING! She was so conversational and very sweet. She came by frequently to check on us and make sure we were doing okay and check on our food! We were about to leave and we had a brief conversation about something we have in common and it made it feel like such a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be asking for Savannah next time I come!

I just wanted to say I came in with my 3 daughters and our server Savannah was AMAZING… knowing how young children can be she was SO understanding and accommodating as you don’t get many places when you bring in children to eat! Service was great food was great! Savannah was great and family oriented, and carried on a great conversation along the way! will definitely be returning!

as someone who frequents buffalo wild wings i can confidently say my server today was hands down the best i’ve had dining at this establishment Savannah made mine day bubbly personality and constantly on top of everything my drinks never went empty and i was never out of anything definitely returning to this location because of this amazing server definitely deserves a raise in my opinion

SAVANNAH. Female server with the tattoos on the night of 3/17 was INCREDIBLY rude. Got $27 automatic gratuity she didn’t let us know about for treating my friends and I the poorest any of us have ever seen by a server. All because we were the last table there over 2 hours before closing. 1 hour before closing when we left. Unreal. Walked up to us and snatched the card from our friends hand when it was her birthday and we tried to say “hey wait please don’t let her pay it’s her birthday”, and she shook her head no without a word and kept walking. Then returned and looked away as she quickly walked by and handed her back her card and said nothing. No goodbye, thank you, nothing. SO RUDE to us all the entire time. Start to finish. We are all servers and understand serving can be frustrating but this was BEYOND. Especially when receiving a near $30 tip we weren’t informed about. I’m sure they’re fine with letting people like her slide!!! But she needs to be fired. None of us will be returning ever. Only reason we would is to speak to a manager about that H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E employee..

It was my friends birthday yesterday 3/17 and a group of us went here to celebrate her. Let me just say it was one of the worst service ever! They close at 12am and we walked in at 9:50pm over 2 hours left till close. The grills were off and we could only order fried food. The server was rude from the beginning with an attitude. it was a white woman with tattoos and dark hair. Her name was Savannah. She never let us know about the automatic gratuity added to the check plus we told her to do separate checks and she brought one check out and literally SNATCHED the BIRTHDAY GIRLS CARD! We ALL told her “no, please don’t take her card it’s her BIRTHDAY”…. Then she shook her head and walked away fast. I am baffled! Everyone in our friend group are servers and let me just say none of us would have acted like her to any of our customers. I will be giving the manager a call I’ve never had to before ever but this was honestly beyond frustrating and I hope she learns how to treat people.

This place is always understaffed and there is NEVER a manager walking the floor. Dirty trays with chicken bones and used napkins all over the bar and tables waiting forever to get bussed. Employees are always annoyed and are quick to complain to the customer about how busy they are. Because of its convenient location I come back every couple of months hoping the service improves, but it just keeps getting worse. I completely blame management, or lack thereof.
