This location has really improved. We stopped coming a couple years back after 3 times in a row ask for extra crispy wings and receiving cold, soggy wings and cold, limp fries. Plus the Bartender Jeremy was awesome! We were there on Tuesday for BO get another for 1/2 price. He guided me through getting the App on my phone so we could qualify for the discount. Very helpful and attentive considering he was tending the Bar, as well as waiting tables. Jeremy deserves a raise IMHO!

The last two times I’ve went here, all of our table’s food was cold. I mean it’s ridiculous to be charged $21 for one person and be served cold food. Lost multiple customers.

Ordered take out because of my 20% discount for Teacher Appreciation Week. The wings were cold and over cooked. The dry rib was barely existent. Fries were hard and cold. Thanks anyway BWW.

When I walked in there were about three people here and had to wait a good 5/7 minutes before anyone helped me.
I ordered a beer and 6 wings. The wings were old and the bugs came out as soon as they arrived. I was bit twice and had tos at for my check. Not hoing back here again
I wish there was a way to rate it negative stars

Service here is horrible, waited for 40 minutes for waiter to take the order. And another half an hour to get the order. People around us who came later got their order quicker. Looked like racism towards brown. One and a half hour to get food on table is crazy when the restaurant is not busy.

Boneless Wings had just the right amount of sauce and were tasty!

Our server was fabulous. She was always stopping at our table whenever she walked by. I believe her name is Stephanie. I will be going back and asking to be seated in her area.

Ordered pickup, waited in the lobby of the to go area for about five minutes and the lady said it would be about 10 more minutes, so I leave and come back 10 minutes later, and proceed to stand in the lobby for an additional 15 minutes while not a single person came to the counter, it wasn’t until I had to reach over the counter to ring the bell that was obviously set aside so costumers couldn’t reach it. I eventually got my food but came to a quick realization that the fries aren’t even warm, they’re chewy and cold, the wings are barely warm as well, I’ve managed restaurants. This is absolutely ridiculous. Never again am I coming to this location, it’s completely unacceptable to give your to go costumers far worse treatment than your eat in costumers. We are all costumers, something needs to change.

I arrived at opening (11:00 AM / 2/21/2025, Table 313) and was the first customer in the bar and restaurant. The bartender/server, Jeremy, was good, but the service started slowly. Jeremy was conversing with a friend and a female waitress at the end of the bar, and it took about five minutes—and some eye contact—before he made his way over to take my order. I guess he could see I was getting frustrated with the delay.

Meanwhile, two other guests walked in, and Jeremy immediately called for them to sit wherever they liked. The female waitress promptly attended to them, leaving her post to serve them. They had their drinks well before I got my beer despite being seated at least 5 minutes before they arrived.

Overall, the visit was fine, but the initial service delay stood out compared to my previous experience. When I walked in at opening, I felt like I was a distraction to the ongoing conversation they were having. Granted, Jeremy worked with me as I had left my wallet at home. He checked with his boss and agreed to text me my bill so I could pay with stored credit/debit cards. It all worked out so, and he was kind to the situation and I provided an 18% tip. The delay in service is the only reason this visit is four stars and not five. If the restaurant were full, I would understand. Yet, it was empty, and it was clear the ongoing conversation was more important than me, the customer. The food was good: American Cheeseburger and loaded tots with chili, bacon, queso (yet I got cheddar jack), and green onions. v/r, Dr. K. King

Our server James did an outstanding job with us. Took extremely good care of us and went above and beyond. If servers could get a raise I definitely would say James deserves one. We payed with a gift card and wished we could’ve tipped him more but there was only a little left on the gift card so we left the rest was on there because we didn’t have cash either. Definitely would come back just for James!

Steph was a wonderful waitress!! All smiles, Attentive, sweet & so kind to my boys. 💗
However, as soon as we got home, I got immediately sick which has continued on into today. My family has gone in the past while I was at work and they’ve gotten sick after leaving there as well.
I don’t know if it’s the food, the hygiene or cleanliness of the kitchen or how everything is stored and prepared, etc i don’t know.. but i had plans tonight that have been ruined due to this sickness.. on VDAY 😭💔💔
