We arrived and were sat immediately, which was great. But then we sat for fifteen minutes while the wait staff served their tables, which apparently we were not. Finally I had to ask the host if he could tell our server that they had been sat. He seemed confused, and after I pointed out where we were sitting, he said he would. Five minutes after that, our server showed up.

We went ahead and put in our appetizer order and entrees at the same time, as the server said the boneless wings might take a while since it was Thursday. In the end, the entrees still came out first, and the appetizer cauliflower wings came out with no sauce. So we had to wait for her to come back (another 10 minutes) to get that fixed. They brought back the appetizer fixed, and that was the last we saw of them.

Once we were done with our food, we sat for twenty minutes waiting for our server to try and get our check. When she never came, I asked the host to get the manager. When they never showed up, I left my contact info and left, cause I didn’t want to just dine and dash. But also had the complete appetizer left on the table that we would have taken with us if our server had checked in on us and given us boxes.

This place can be hit or miss sometimes with the food itself, but man, when the chicken comes out cooked amazingly, it is a HIT. Always recommend going to the bar section as the staff there always try to take care of you!

I went here for my son's birthday today and the food was not that good. I really wish that we would have went somewhere else. Because the server did the bare minimum. We couldn't even get a second order of cheese sticks and this is at like 3 o'clock in the afternoon. How do you run out of cheese sticks in 3 o'clock in the afternoon? My son's French fries came out cold. Everybody was nauseous after eating there. Another persin at another table literally slapped a bug to kill it on their table. I got bit by something.Maybe the flying gnat that was flying around. After all these bad reviews, you would think that they would hire more staff, not just hire anybody hire people that want to work and want to make sure that everything comes out right and makes sure that you have fully stocked food. So that when it comes to 3 o'clock in the afternoon before dinner there will be good to serve. Because what are you going to do once it's past 5 o'clock, unless they just didn't want to cook the cheese sticks because it was only like 2 people in the back. It's terrible.Yeah, i've never had worse food.Actually, I take that back, I have had worse food, but this is on number one on my list, and I will never be coming back to buffalo wild wings ever in my life. 🤢

I came here to eat with my brother for his birthday, when we arrived the waiter was unprofessional and extremely slow in serving, I get it if there's only like 2 people in the back but it should not take more than 15 minutes to get our appetizers and drinks. And when I did get my drink, it had a large black piece of something in it and an oddly clear little crumb of maybe food. My brothers fries were cold ,, not even room temp but COLD. Like they came out of a fridge 5 minutes ago. Our server did a little below the bare minimum. Not coming back, I know that doesn't mean anything to the establishment but still.

I stopped by this spot on a Monday afternoon to catch up with my nephew, who’s back from college. We hadn’t seen each other in a while, so we were looking forward to just grabbing lunch and chatting. The sign said to seat yourself, so we picked a booth by the windows.

Right off the bat, the table felt grimy and sticky—definitely not what you want when you first sit down. We had to ask the server if someone could wipe it down, and instead of offering to clean it, he just pointed to the wet wipes and told me to do it myself. Not the warmest welcome.

I went with the lunch special—wings, fries, and a drink for $13—which is actually a pretty solid deal. The wings were good, no complaints there. My nephew ordered the buffalo chicken tots, but things went downhill fast when he found a piece of hair tangled in his food after just a few bites. It clearly wasn’t his—dark brown and definitely not from him.

We let the server know when he came to check on us, and honestly, his reaction was disappointing. Rather than apologizing or trying to make it right, he kept pressing my nephew with questions like, “Are you sure?” and “Did you really?”—as if we were making it up. Super frustrating and kind of insulting, to be honest.

To be fair, the meal wasn’t expensive, and the time with my nephew was what really mattered, so we didn’t feel like making a big deal out of it. That said, I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and usually it’s been a solid place. But based on this visit—the lack of cleanliness and the poor handling of a pretty serious hygiene issue—I’m disappointed. I really hope this was just an off day, but it left a bad impression.

This location has really improved. We stopped coming a couple years back after 3 times in a row ask for extra crispy wings and receiving cold, soggy wings and cold, limp fries. Plus the Bartender Jeremy was awesome! We were there on Tuesday for BO get another for 1/2 price. He guided me through getting the App on my phone so we could qualify for the discount. Very helpful and attentive considering he was tending the Bar, as well as waiting tables. Jeremy deserves a raise IMHO!

The last two times I’ve went here, all of our table’s food was cold. I mean it’s ridiculous to be charged $21 for one person and be served cold food. Lost multiple customers.
