In a word, awful. Fries and Onion rings were cold, and my chicken sandwich looked and tasted weird. Two bites and in the trash it went. I'm too frustrated to even take it back thru the drive thru. I am just done.

The staff does a great job and the food is consistent and quality. The atmosphere is average but then again it is a fast food restaurant. Would recommend.

I don’t know why they felt the need to lie to me like I don’t know how things work. When you place an online order and pay for it - it goes right through. I was literally at another BK yesterday and did the same thing (place an order moments before going into the drive thru) they didn’t tell me it was going to be 5-10 minutes to “get into our system” what a load of BS. Hell, the app even says your order will be ready for pickup ASAP - not 5-10 minutes. Stop lying to folks.

Went through the drive thru & ordered the impossible burger meal. My fries were cold and I had to ask them to give me hot fries and then when I got home and started eating my food, there was a long black hair in my burger 🤢 Y’all need to do better!!!

I have ordered from this location multiple times through food delivery services. Because they don’t offer the option to add condiments through the app, I normally ask the delivery driver to ask when they get there and it’s never a problem. Today, my delivery driver asked and they told him they wouldn’t give it to him because it’s an additional fee. Well, if you made it an option, than I would have gladly paid the fee on the app. Received my order with no extra sauces. I love Burger King burgers but let’s be honest, there’s no way you’re getting through those fries without some sauce.

It still is really upsetting to park, walk in to eat there, and you stand there, waiting just to place your order while they fall over themselves to get orders out for drive-thru. Not one person can help

Don't go to this location during dinner hours. I could not even complete my order due to the cashier playing games while taking my order. The mourning staff is much better in taking orders.

I usually don’t complain or write reviews, but the whole experience was very off putting. First of all I can’t believe I spent $2.00 on these fries, not only overpriced, but these obviously previously frozen fries don’t taste cooked all of the way. My drink which was also $2.00 was a barely cold/flat diet coke had maybe 5 ice cubes in it. Before I left I asked for a single ranch, which I was charged .32 cents for, and the kid at the window didn’t even give me my change, I had to ask for it. He also didn’t have much of a personality. Definitely don’t plan on returning to this location.

This location is always 'closed' before hours say they are. Certain cookers are 'down' or whatever the case may be. What is a burger king that can't provide a whopper.
