Employees insanely rude. Clearly get mad if people show up and they got to do work. The burgers were watery. I don't even know how to explain that. Flies and tables dirty. This is America now though unfortunately.

Whatever crew they have up here today on 1/6/25 at 4:30 is a hot mess. If you don’t want to work then get another job. Messed up drive through order and then tried to go in store and doors locked smh.

Clean with adequate parking & drive thru. Sandwiches were made fresh and personnel are friendly. I liked their Whopper versus the Bacon King. Handicap friendly.

In a word, awful. Fries and Onion rings were cold, and my chicken sandwich looked and tasted weird. Two bites and in the trash it went. I'm too frustrated to even take it back thru the drive thru. I am just done.

I don’t know why they felt the need to lie to me like I don’t know how things work. When you place an online order and pay for it - it goes right through. I was literally at another BK yesterday and did the same thing (place an order moments before going into the drive thru) they didn’t tell me it was going to be 5-10 minutes to “get into our system” what a load of BS. Hell, the app even says your order will be ready for pickup ASAP - not 5-10 minutes. Stop lying to folks.

Went through the drive thru & ordered the impossible burger meal. My fries were cold and I had to ask them to give me hot fries and then when I got home and started eating my food, there was a long black hair in my burger đŸ€ą Y’all need to do better!!!
