The guy running the drive thru put his dirty fingers into all the drink cups, held the cups in place with his fingers inside the cups. All of our food was wrong. We ordered 4 burgers, 3 plain with cheese only and one no lettuce, onion, cheese. All 4 burgers came with all the toppings and gobs of mayo. They also heavily salted the burgers that aside from the gross amount of mayo made the burgers so salty it was inedible.

In a word, awful. Fries and Onion rings were cold, and my chicken sandwich looked and tasted weird. Two bites and in the trash it went. I'm too frustrated to even take it back thru the drive thru. I am just done.

I donât know why they felt the need to lie to me like I donât know how things work. When you place an online order and pay for it - it goes right through. I was literally at another BK yesterday and did the same thing (place an order moments before going into the drive thru) they didnât tell me it was going to be 5-10 minutes to âget into our systemâ what a load of BS. Hell, the app even says your order will be ready for pickup ASAP - not 5-10 minutes. Stop lying to folks.
