I usually don’t complain or write reviews, but the whole experience was very off putting. First of all I can’t believe I spent $2.00 on these fries, not only overpriced, but these obviously previously frozen fries don’t taste cooked all of the way. My drink which was also $2.00 was a barely cold/flat diet coke had maybe 5 ice cubes in it. Before I left I asked for a single ranch, which I was charged .32 cents for, and the kid at the window didn’t even give me my change, I had to ask for it. He also didn’t have much of a personality. Definitely don’t plan on returning to this location.

Wow wow wow. Unfortunately our BKs on Hull Street are trash and have been for years. We love BK we plan on our trips to the beach to stop on 460 and hit the one out towards Suffolk. This one in Westchester was our first time. We are so glad we did. Our food was hot, tasty and fast. Mrs Terri behind the counter is FANTASTIC. When she delivered our food with a smile my nephew said "how did you make it so fast". She asked can I show him. He was thrilled we were thrilled you could tell she was a proud and confident employee who genuinely loved her job and kids. The house in the back we're so thrilled to answer my kids questions. He talked about it all night long. We are so glad we now have a whopper stop somewhat locally. Traveling there would be a pleasure to get food and service like that. Kudos. YOU RULE!Kid-friendliness: They made the kids feel like little kings!

Now I see why the parking lot was empty at peak lunch hours. The employee and the manager that I dealt with today were so nasty. And completely unwarranted I might add. I wasn’t upset at all when I asked for their help and they came at me with such nasty attitudes. Seems like a miserable work environment.

I wish I could give it no Stars……This was by FAR the worst place to eat at! I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and EVERY LAST one was dry and burnt black!! I do not advise eating here! And the attitude and service was even worse.
