This Burger King is like a carnival show. Took three tries too get our order edible. The manager had to make it. Employees horsing around playing. The guy putting our order together could care less how he prepared our food. The assistant manager made a mistake taking our order the first time.

Almost every time we order from this Burger King, they find a way to screw up the order, or the food is just meh. (Like old chicken fries or cold burgers) Most of the time we order, it's only for two or three people. Us guys at the shop picked up Burger King tonight, and they screwed up everyone's order. Two Maple Bourbon Whoppers, one with double patty, both asked for extra sauce. One of them didn't have ANY sauce at all. Neither had an extra patty. Also got a Bacon King, add onion, lettuce, pickle. It came without the add ons.
We took it ALL back and had it completely remade, and then AGAIN, missed the "extra sauce" on our burgers, one of them had barely any sauce at all. They made BOTH of them double patty.
And they forgot the onion, pickle, lettuce on the Bacon King, AGAIN. Not to mention the customer service was lackluster, but we usually don't complain about grumpy workers WHEN THEY DONT SCREW UP THE ORDER TWICE IN A ROW.

I mean it’s Burger King. Not sure what else to say. Service is usually good and definitely better and faster than the McDonald’s down the street. I’ve only had items missing a couple times.

The food took more than 15 minutes to prepare and it was disgusting. Burger was cold and salty the fires were over salty as well. This is location need better training and faster service workers. The atmosphere was very dull. You have to speak to the service workers for them to speak to you. No hospitality and customer service was bare minimum. Management needs to improve their overall performance so the service workers do better.

Nuggets are wayyyy better than McDonald’s. I was impressed how good the food tasted. The fries were hot and fresh, the staff were friendly. :)
Not sure why so much hate at this BK. I eat here often enough and have never had a bad experience. Thank you to the drive through employee who handed us these really cute and kind crowns!!! You really touched my heart!

DONT GO HERE. THESE GUYS ARE INCOMPETENT. EVERY SINGLE TIME MY FANILY ORDERS FROM THERE SOMETHING IS WORNG. TONIGHT WAS YHE LAST STRAW. I ORDER A SIMPLE WHOPPER WITH LETTUCE, PICKLES, AND MUSTARD AND WHAT DO I GET, ONE TINY PICKLE, A SPRINKLE OF LETTUCE AND THE BURGER DRENCHED IN KETCHUP TO THE POINT ITS SOGGY. MY MOM ASKED FOR A REFUND THEY ARE ONLY WANTING TO GIVE HER $1.15. EITHER THEY NEED TO HIRE STAFF THAT KNOW HOW TO READ OR TEACH THEM CAUSE THIS IS THE LAST TIME THAT I WANT TO COME HERE
