I came here with my daughter today, I don't usually frequent this location but we happened to be in the area. I have been wanting to try the SpongeBob meal and after 3 attempts at other locations, I finally found it here. The gentlemen that took my order was nice and professional, our food was well put together and hot and the lobby was clean. It was quiet and we enjoyed a little break for a bite to eat. Kudos to the staff working today 12/27/25 @ 11:30am!

Who ever the night manager is white guy with a bunch of tattoos he is so rude and disrespectful I order 2 chicken fries I asked for ranch he gave me 1 packet of ranch I asked for 2 more and he said I have to pay for them I said ok I'll pay for them and then he told me he wasnt going to ring them up cause im holding up the line corporate needs to train him better

Horrible experience with the girl with the fake blue wig. She had an arrogant attitude from the moment she saw us, she just rolled her eyes at us, as if she hated working there. I hope that one day they hire people who actually want to work there.
