Went there Tuesday ...they DIDN'T have any fries! How do you run out of fries!??? The side dish to every meal!... luckily they had onion rings. Which were .ushy not crunchy..but half the family doesn't like them! So we stopped at McDonald's a few lights up!.The girl at the window was very sweet I asked for 2 paper crowns she joked with me saying of course you must get one! Both the kids were happy!Everything else tasted great!

Normally when I've visited this particular restaurant, normally the staff doesn't appear to clean the dining room, today however was different. The dining room was immaculate, the staff was more than friendly, and my food was hot!!

I stopped there for lunch today. I truly appreciate the great service I received. The food was hot and made correctly. It was wrapped nice and neat and my sandwiches were not pressed down or messy. Whoever the cook was today. Keep it up. I appreciate you. Thank you!

I'll bring y'all some heads of lettuce when I come. Sorry you have to serve sandwiches with very little lettuce. Anybody else want to help would be appreciated. Other than that, good job. And for the people that think they should be served and bowed down to, please let everyone know that you are coming and we'll clear the drive through and blow trumpets so that you don't have to wait more than 6 minutes of your precious life waiting in line. Today, for fun, I stopped by Nasty King Drive through to see what would happen. As standard, these fools will not take your order until you come in. Nothing but laziness at this place. The last two times I stopped by, they didn't even have meat to serve people. Soon they will probably be serving bug burgers at this rate.
Did a mobile pick up order at 1.18pm, arrived at the location inside and notified both on the app and to the cashier that I arrived (she let the lady packing orders know a mobile pick up order arrived). I did not get my food close to 2pm (like 30ish min waiting inside). While I was in there, 3 different people ordered food and came back because their order was messed up. Another mobile order person arrived and they notified the person packing the order they arrived and were in and out so I went ahead and notified them a 3rd time I was there and the lady packing the ordered was annoyed as if she wasn’t holding a toddler for 30 min. The food was poorly packed as well when I received it but I was tired and hungry so just left. Only reason I’m giving 2 instead of 1 star was because the cashier was nice.

Really well run franchise. The employees at drive-thru here are top notch. The late night black dude is super nice. So is the late evening black girl with the pretty eyes who gives me the biggest cones. The older gent who works openings is also cool. Actually, all their employees are lovely people, never had an issue here. Probably the only downside is the long wait times at the drive-thru during rush hour, but that's life.

This location does a great job preparing the food well and accurately. Only complaint I have about this location is some times the drive thru gets really backed up and service is slow. I have sat in the drive thru waiting to order for up to 15-20 minutes a few times .
