Only reason I’m giving a 5 Star is cause yall got this manager in here running front and driver thru and he doing her thang.. But she had NO HELP AT ALL .. I seen 4 people walk out cause the wait so long that’s not her fault doe.. She still polite and I know she frustrated.. Good job to you .. I've been coming to this burgerking for years because of convenience not quality or service but I just recently notice a big difference in the food and service I really hope they keep it up because I now enjoy stopping in for a meal with my family

They were in the car talking to their friends instead of taking peoples orders. I’m not even joking lmao and then they told us they where out of all drinks, break down this store and who ever owns this needs to never own a fast food chain ever again in their life. Straight trash!

Just ate the first meal at this restaurant in quite sometime the service was horrible. The order completely messed up, 3 out of 4 of the sandwiches were wrong. The original chicken sandwich I got tasted like it had been setting in a heat box for quite sometime. The half fries half onion ring is got were soggy, the only thing I ate was the wopper jr but it was supposed to be a regular wopper. The worst meal I have ever had at any restaurant ever. I tried calling them 6 times no answer.

The food was terribly put together, freezing cold and stale, and the cooks hated their lives. The cashier's were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and nice. The cooks need to care about what they're doing at least enough to put things on the sandwich correctly and keep the food fresh. It was awful...especially for how much it totaled. Prices go up, quality and quantity drops.

The staff that works after 6pm can never get a plain double whopper with extra cheese and extra pickles right, its always missing one item or the other or worse they just add the regular amount (one cheese slice and 2 maybe 3 pickles)

This place has turned around immensely. My food is always hot and they never have to ask me to pull around anymore. Wayyy better than before when they’d ask you to pull to the front band have you waiting 10 minutes before getting your food. The place looks way cleaner and I’m so glad they got rid of that rude old lady. She’s the reason I haven’t been here in years. I used to always drive past and make my way to Genito , but after my experience today I will definitely be coming back.
