OMGosh this place is not clean looking on the inside and the windows as well. When I went inside the floor was sticky. One of the employees had reached his hand in his pants to scratch and I was done. They were not busy at all, the cook was outside in the front of the store smoking a cigarette. His clothing did not look clean. I didn't order anything. I left to never return again.

Order came completely wrong, the bacon king i ordered was 2 patties top/bottom bun.... thats it, mozzerella sticks were over cooked super bad, onion rings under cooked!! Not sure what is going on at this establishment, but do better.

If I could leave zero stars then I would. EXTREMELY rude whoever was working drive thru at 7:30pm on 08/14/24. We were trying to order our food and kept constantly getting interrupted. The girl on the speaker was mocking us and told us to “go to another restaurant if we didn’t like it.”

Service is ok. Fries and onion rings always soggy. Burgers have no flavor and over dressed. I have tried this location multiple times thinking it’s short of staff etc. and the food is awful.

Even for a Burger King the place was rough. The a/c was out but the dining room still open (tip for management - when the a/c is out on a 98 degree day, close the dining room). One of the staff sitting in front of the only fan in the dining room, sleeping on the table. The staff ordered Chick-Fil-a door dash and had it delivered to the sleeping lady in the dining room. Food wasn’t cooked through (burger was basically raw), ketchup on the outside of the bun, and cold old fries.
Garbage Burger King franchise. One of the worst yet!

The burger was great, but fried was so salty I could not finish it. The service was great and able to get out quickly. I found the atmosphere nice and talkative and everybody was quick, nice people

Do not go to this location everytime I stop here they tell me night shift didnt take the food out the freezer . This place is always empty, customer service is horrible and it starts with management. I stopped at this location a few times a week for breakfast in the past but the last few years the employees do not care. Customers are bothering them from looking at the cell phone
When you think of the King of burgers, you wouldn't expect a fast food chain to reign. They don't. With that being said they try hard AF and you gotta respect that.
