I placed a mobile order when I tried to go in, the door was locked. Someone (perhaps) a manager was in parking lot and said he was going to unlock door in a minute. He added there were three employees inside so he didn’t understand why door was locked. I went in to pick up order the three employees never spoke or even looked up. A few minutes later later a woman placed my order on the counter, I asked if that was mine, she simply shook her head. Very odd visit.

The food is horrible and the service is rude! They lock up and turn the lights off so no one will come in. This is during the day! The employee who came to answer my knocking on the door said they don’t do inside service anymore, just drive thru. Needless to say, I drove through to McDonalds.

I am a doordash driver and this morning I had a pickup from this location. I tried to go inside to pick it up but the dining room was closed which is fine. However, when I went to the drive through to get the order instead, the woman was very rude to me. I told her i was picking up and i thought she said "hold up" so i waited at the speaker for a minute before she came back on and yelled "pull up" at me. Apparently i had misheard her but the yelling wasnt necessary.This isnt my first time having issues in their drive through either. I understand the store is short staffed and as someone who worked in food service, i can understand that being stressful. However, i think they should consider that better customer service would lead to more customers and more people willing to work there.

We ordered BK meal for two. It took 5 burgers to get one that wasn't old or burnt. The manager had a bad attitude and didn't care.The ceiling had a leak. Trash cans had garbage on the top and around them, the floor was dirty, there were two broken windows, and many booths were dirty. The rest rooms were filthy, as was the parking lot. The frys were old and hard. Flys saturated the kitchen and dining room. We refused the food, but no refund was given.This Burger King restaurant should be shut down. We are filing a complaint with the health department.

I had placed an online order to expedite my time on the road. The two employees that I interacted with were actually very friendly. Unfortunately though, the people preparing the food have no regard for customers. I had customized my sandwiches and paid the surcharge for that. I decided to check them before I fully left only to find that none of my sandwiches had the customizations I had paid for. I immediately turned around and went back. I told the person about the mishap, he apologized and said they were redoing my sandwiches. I was instructed to wait at the door and they would bring my order out. Another employee brought out my food. She waited at my door and told me to check to make sure my food was correct this time. Much to her chagrin, my food was prepared even worse this time missing even more ingredients. She took the whole order back and and had them fix it. This time she was sure everything was good and went back inside. I checked just in case only to find that my order was still not correct. I don't understand why people who have no regard for customer service take up jobs that require it. I feel sorry for this location as there are a lot of bad reviews but they are rightfully deserved. Sorry to say, if these haphazard employees keep this up, they'll be out of a job real soon. With that said, if you don't care about your order being correct or if you like being surprised at every order this is the perfect location. I will most definitely not be frequenting this location again though.

This is the WORST hamburger! Both hamburgers received were cold! Cheese wasn't even melted! The bacon was ridiculous! I got my food through a drive in and drove into parking lot to eat real quick so there was not enough time for food to have gotten cold!

It's amusing to read these reviews three years later ???. I previously worked at this Burger King in 2020 and my advice to you all is to steer clear. The staff lacks customer service training, often making rude remarks towards the customers , and mistreating their employees. Their disregard for customers and their satisfaction is very evident ?.

Employees were cursing in conversation behind the counter at 830 in the morning which was ridiculous. Took a while for someone to even come over and take my order despite making eye contact with me and then ignoring me like they hoped I'd go away?
