This was the most screwed up Burger King that I have ever been to. The manager was doing a great job trying to teach his staff how to do their jobs but they didn't get plan correctly.

My kids love this place, I do not. The location is rundown and is chronically understaffed. This means long waits and frequent equipment problems. Twice I have been turned away as their broiler was broken. Once I was turned away as the only person that showed up for work informed me that the place was closed as he couldn't run it by himself.

GROSS!!! Bad service and bad food. Don’t go to polo parkway Burger King. Been living in this area my whole life and this store hasn’t been good since the late 1990s.

I know writing a review about a fast food chain doesn't have much weight, but I feel the need to address issues associated with this Burger King. I took a friend to get BK around 9:30pm, which is way before closing time. All the doors were locked except one, so we walked in to see no one around. After waiting few minutes and calling out for help, someone finally came out of the office. We asked him if he's closed and the worker explained he closed down around 9pm because he was short on personnel. He said he has no one to cook the food and there are a lot of paperwork and inventories due for the night. As he was speaking, I saw another worker walk around in the back, which conflicts what the guy said about being the only one. Also how is it that a restaurant would even open without having proper number of personnel appropriate to run the business. It seems like a very poor management of personnel. Something to reflect on because that's not how a people business is run.

I will only eat breakfast at burger king. I do not like their burgers at all. I will say this BK is probably one of the cleanest I've ever been in!! Food was hot and fresh, service was friendly and overall great experience. Hell, the employee just walking past me to get a drink for himself even said hello. 99.99% of the time, at most fast food restaurants, employees look down so they dont have to talk to people.
