Boo, high prices and what tasted like frozen patties. I tried them out because they had gluten-free options but not worth it. Bland and the g-free bread was not good, lil slimy. I paid a decent bit for the gfree options but not worth it. The place was clean and people were friendly but the burger was not good enough for me to go back.

Burgers are just ok, maybe if they actually cooked the bacon for the burgers it would better. 5 Guys is much better

Went to the location on Midlo today with my husband. The employee named J.H who took our order was extremely rude. Her body language and tone was condescending. My husband ordered a milkshake and she immediately rolled her eyes, my husband asked if if the machine was down based on her reaction (not realizing they are handmade) and she replied ‘I’m the only one here right now but it’s fine I’ll make it’ I have never had an employee respond that way about doing their job! And the food was still lukewarm. She had a little girl wiping down tables after guests left. J.H may be best in a role that isn’t customer facing. Will not return solely based on the interaction with this employee. I’m definitely writing to corporate about this experience.

This place smacks i got the chicken sandwich the ingredients all HIT and staff was cool. Wish the sandwich was a bit bigger other then than it was fire and the fries so crispy and thin and had the nice amount of seasoning you don't even need sauce with that but Ima need another 1 on the house for this review lol

We have gotten food several times from the Midlothian location and once from the Hull location. I think the burgers are a little dry but the rest of my family thinks they are good. Onion rings are amazing, but here is my BIG ISSUE...the same person taking your money is the same person touching and packing your food without changing gloves. I brought it up at the Midlorhian location with no change and the Hull location does the same thing. This is basic stuff. We are no longer going to go to either of these locations. :(

Just brought home $55 worth of burgers, fries, onion rings, etc. At least the opinion rings were good. If over-cooked dry burgers are your thing, BurgerIM is the place for you!!

We had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. The food was fresh and not greasy. We tried several mini sandwiches. My favorite was the California fried chicken patty without cheese. Best sandwich I've had in years. I normally don't get avocado on my sandwich or get a chicken patty. Awesome place
The staff was great. The menu was good and the location was excellent. I enjoyed the option to customize any order.

Wouldn’t return.I got the “aged beef” burgerIt had BBQ sauce, an onion ring, cheese, and bacon.Mad it a meal with “fries” (thick chips)The burger patty tasted and had the exact same consistency as a Hardee’s 1/3lb patty or like an extra thick Burger King patty.The “fries” where good, and mostly crispy.I would never come back, but if I did, I would only get the thick chip fries and nothing else.

So ... First of so the burgers are tasty... The restaurant is fast food, but expensive prices. I thought the prices were more in line with a sit down style vs fast-food style restaurant.

We loved the Spanish Beef Burger. It had a nice little kick and a lot of good flavors. We also loved the Garlic Aioli Fries, but next time I order them, I would order the sauce on the side because it was a little strong with the amount that cams on the fries. I can't wait to try their Falafel Burger next.
