Worst food that you can order. I orderdered burgers, wings and there advertised fries with cheese etc on 24th december. They delivered wrong order, fries are worst even compared to regular fries.

Decided to try this place. We got take out. Not the best burgers, onion rings were ok, but I only got 4. The bacon cheese fries weren't what we were expecting. Not worth the $40 we spent.

The food wasn’t that great! The burgers were Not flavorful at all! The crispy chicken sandwich taste like rubber. One good thing is the sweet potato fries was good other than that I don’t think we will be back. Glad we gave it a shot though! I don’t like it when companies advertise their business as gourmet when it’s pretty much just frozen patties but hey this is fast food!

We have gotten food several times from the Midlothian location and once from the Hull location. I think the burgers are a little dry but the rest of my family thinks they are good. Onion rings are amazing, but here is my BIG ISSUE...the same person taking your money is the same person touching and packing your food without changing gloves. I brought it up at the Midlorhian location with no change and the Hull location does the same thing. This is basic stuff. We are no longer going to go to either of these locations. :(

The guy at the register was super nice but I felt so bad for him trying to answer calls, help with pick up orders and place in person orders. So unfair to work the young man so hard. Hire more people. Let me not forget he has to do drinks too. By time the food made it to me, it wasn’t hot. Not the cooks fault, it’s staffing. My order sat in the window for a while but with only 3 people working I can’t expect much of a quick service. This is not my first time visiting this location so telling me that you’re still new and trying to get situated won’t work. Try it with someone else!

Burgers are good, but the wings are horrible; all batter and no meat. We’ve tried a few times now and like the chips, onion rings and burgers. But avoid the wings.

I really wanted to like this place, but like many of the reviews I read before I decided to try the place out, my burger was dry and flavorless.I ordered takeout and got the duo, both with angus beef, and the regular toppings (except I asked that my onions be grilled). I also ordered six of the sweet crunchy ginger with garlic wings and half fries/half onion rings. The wings were okay (I’ve had better), but I did enjoy the fries and onion rings.I left half the wings and one of the mini burgers for hubby to try. Unfortunately, I will have to caution him he may be in for disappointment when he tries it.EDIT after response from owner:Thank you for taking the time to respond. It shows that you stand behind your product. Therefore, I will give you guys another try and eat in to see what the experience is like. And, FWIW, my hubby liked the burger I left him.

Super fire restaurant. Very clean especially the bathrooms. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was amazing. Also sweet potato fried were delish. My wife didn’t eat with me because she likes cava more but she missed out. Sorry babe if you’re reading this.

The burger was extremely dry today. The staff was extremely friendly but the quality of food went down. I’d love to see the food up to par with the friendly service

Had been wanting to try this place since it opened and I finally did on today. I got the angus beef burger with barbecue, onion ring, bacon and cheddar cheese and made it a combo with half fries/half onion rings and a coke. The burger was extremely dry, the cheese wasn’t melted, didn’t taste any barbecue and the bun was extremely stale. The fries and the onion rings weren’t hot either. Everything tasted like it had been cooked earlier and just heated up on the grill and not very well at that. I purposely went in to place my order so everything would be freshly prepared and it wasn’t. I really had high hopes for this place, but I was really disappointed and especially after spending $11.32.
