Our family comes on a fairly regular basis since our child enjoys the kids meal (we love that it comes with the option of carrots on the side and can easily have dressings/dips on the side as well). We appreciate the option to sit inside or outside and find the dining areas and restrooms to be mostly clean whenever we've come (mostly just crumbs on the table, which I put fault on the patrons not cleaning up after themselves rather than the restaurant itself). The food always tastes fresh and we love that there are seasonal specials. We have a few of our favorite staff who are always kind and approachable. This Cava location is an easy choice for us to know we are having a good, healthy, fresh meal in a clean environment with helpful and welcoming staff.

This is the place to go too if you are looking for a healthier option for dining. I prefer to build my own grain bowl. They have hummus, lamb, chicken, and other options. The sodas are made with real sugar. So that's a nice treat. Expect to pay over $45 for two people.

First off, let me start with saying this will be the last time I place an order via the cava app. The last two times I have placed an order via the app to pick up a main ingredient was missing. This last time I placed an order for a grains bowl and used rice and black lentils. The important ingredient were the black lentils because I wanted the protein and the fiber. Needless to say, my dish had no lentils in it. The previous time I placed an order I ordered shredded lamb, and guess what that order has no lamb. When I called the restaurant to complain they said they were out of shredded lamb. They never contacted me or offered me a substitute just built the order without the protein. I used to go to cava a lot and we go in line and have them build the bowl in front of me so I could tell them exactly what to put in and I got what I ordered. They don’t seem to have good quality control when building an order via an app without someone standing over them telling them what to put in a salad.Don’t get me wrong, the food was delicious. After all, how can you put so many ingredients together and not have a taste good. Everything I got was fresh but again it is not what I ordered.If the order were correct, I probably would have given cava a four star rating but missing a main ingredient. I’m sorry just won’t cut it. One star , and a loss of a customer. There are too many other restaurants like this to take a chance again what’s the old saying? “fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me”

I usually go in person to this CAVA and absolutely love vibe. Everyone is super friendly, but also professional. ESPECIALLY Ellie and Mo. They are awesome!I usually get skeptical about ordering delivery from places because I've had so many orders messed up but last Friday (3/8) I ordered delivery from this Cava and it was one of the best bowls I've had from them yet! They had every ingredient right and it was delish. Keep up the good work Cava Midlo!!
The food was tasty and fresh. The shop is small and the seating is a bit tight. Check your receipt - we were charged twice for one of our dishes. Otherwise, it was a good experience.Vegetarian options: A variety of choices. If you have never been before, ask a local or study the menu before you order. The choices can be overwhelming but easy once you understand how the assembly of your meal works.Parking: The parking lot is tight but right in front of the shops. Recommend that you be aware of distracted drivers.

They were out of the braised lamb that Iove. They didn't add alot of the extras that I always get. The restaurant was filthy. Every table was dirty and chairs were all over the place. The sweet tea was not good. I will not be back here. The one in willow lawn never disappoints, thats my spot.

If you've never been it's a Mediterranean chipotle and very good.Cava is a great place to go for a quick lunch, Sunday lunch after a grocery run or lunch with friends.The portions are big enough to either be really full or have enough for two meals. They have a bunch of options - mostly healthy.
