I got food poisoning there on 1/7/25. I called them back the next day just to let them know something in the menu needed their attention. It was like they didn’t even care. Sad as the food and service is otherwise good, but this was disappointing.

I love this place generally but the nickle and dining on up charges is getting out of control. Not to mention the prices have gone up significantly.
Up charge for lentils and rice on a kids meal is ridiculous!
Lastly Takeout and service has been going down hill in the Midlothian area in general.

Always great tasting food, but meat portions are getting smaller and smaller. Today, even a line worker was questioning another worker about putting too much meat in my bowl. Kind of uncomfortable. Prices are going up and portions are coming down.

We eat at a Cava every week, no matter where we are, as long as there is one close. First time here visiting Midlothian. Great timely service at a busy time and excellent flavors with the bowl ordered. Would definitely eat here again more than once per week if we lived here.

I only ever get the harisha avocado one or twice a quarter. For the price, it's occasionally worth it.
Had a good sandwich there, lots of vegetables, tasty bread. Fast, efficient service by friendly people.

The FOOD here is great! I love the pita chips, the food is all delicious. However, the service for food pickup is poor. The past 5-10 times we’ve ordered food from here, they’ve left out food we ordered or payed for. Pita chips, kids sides, etc. You usually don’t think to check the bag when you drive away, and by the time we realize they’re missing it’s usually too late. Recently we had to wait fifteen minutes after our order was supposed to be ready for our food, just to have two entrees missing from the bag. When we got home, realized our sides were also missing. If you like good food, and industrial modern interiors, by all means eat here, in the restaurant. Would not recommend ordering online.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Cava. The service was top-notch, and I was particularly impressed with Bree and Dan. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.
