A friend was visiting from out of town. She is a celiac, and impeccably good food preparation hygiene is vital to her well-being. CAVA took great care to accommodate her nutrition needs. Plus, their food is delicious! They know how to do lamb right!!!

I had a fantastic experience at CAVA and I just have to give a shout-out to the gentleman at the register and the two ladies preparing the pitas and bowls. They were phenomenal, professional, patient, and so genuinely kind that I actually asked how I could leave them a tip. The gentleman politely let me know that they don’t accept tips.
That really stuck with me, because the service was so above and beyond that I wanted to show my appreciation....

I absolutely enjoy Cava. With so many options for making a bowl, you can have a new delicious experience every time. I usually do a greens and grains bowl with supergreens and brown rice. Today my toppings included harissa, red roasted hummus and roasted eggplant dips. Half falafel, half toasted vegetables as my mains and fire roasted corn with pickled onions as my toppings and yogurt dill as my dressing. It was so good!! This was my first time ordering the roasted vegetables...
