The food was great and hot & ready at the time stated as it was an online order. However, there was an item on the online menu that allowed me to order it but was not actually at the restaurant. They did apologize and reimbursed me the payment for it and said that the item will be removed from the menu. Overall great experience though.

My favorite foodie friends and I stopped here for lunch today and I can say that I will be back. We got the Friday special that's like $35 and it came with 2 cheesesteaks, 10 wings, 2 sides (fries or onion rings), and 2 canned sodas. We also added 2 salmon egg rolls, 3 beef cheesesteaks egg rolls, and two chicken Philly egg rolls... I am stuffed and need a nap. I didn't care for the fries... they were very bland and just not for me. I also did not like the salmon egg roll. It was cooked perfectly... it just wasn't for me when it came to flavor... The onion rings!!! Were absolutely delicious!!! Probably some of the best I've ever had! Idk how... but they were kinda fluffy and crunchy at the same time... The cheesesteak, delicious.. the bread was soft and the meat was seasoned well... The chicken cheesesteak and beef cheesesteak egg rolls... oh my goodness!!! They are actually smack your momma good!!! And then the wings!! We got the dry rub old bay wings and honeyyyyy..... fried to perfection!!! Whew!! Our table really looked like a little buffet! The only reason i didn't give 5 stars was because, they had no plates, i didn't like the salmon, the bathroom had some blue stuff spilled all over the floor that made the bottom of my shoes very sticky, and it was a lady there with her kid... maybe the owner but she was sitting at the table making very loud business calls and it was hard for my friends and I to enjoy this break time away from work when we didn't know if we should talk louder or not talk at all while she was talking... but no biggie... it doesn't take away from the food being worth the drive!!

About 6 people got cheesesteaks in the hour I was waiting for mine, and the staff was not very apologetic about the wait. Also if you plan on spending more than a few minutes in here, you'll need to wash the old oil smell out of your clothes after.

First time trying their cheese steaks. And OMG it is the very best Philly cheesesteaks in the area! My husband is from Philly so we've had authentic cheese steaks and this is authentic for sure!! So we'll for sure be back again.

Sat down fries are like warm and were brought to us two min after we ordered which tells me they were made prior to my order onion rings were hot but take less cook time and were greasy. We have sat here for over 11 minutes before we got our cheesesteaks. I usually have a good experience here but this time not so much. I can't believe you would bring the side out way before the sandwich. The cheesesteak is good which is only saving grace but onion rings are now cold while eating my sandwich. Fresh fries just came out to replace the older ones and they taste like they threw same bunch back in fryer. Times are tough and workers are scarce but it may be awhile before I come back here to pay over 32 for a meal. 3 stars for the cheese steak none for the not so pleasant staff. Oh and upon our departure the 20 ounce diet pepsi my wife had was dated November 2021 so check pop date before you buy. Pretty much mad us feel like it was our last visit to this location.

Friendly customer service. Did take out. Food was flavorful but I felt that it could've used more filling. Didn't feel like there was a lot of meat and cheese, compared to how big the bread was. I remember the days when I'd get a cheesesteak and it would spill over.
I went today for the second time and was highly disappointed. The sandwiches were very salty and we didn't receive all the toppings we asked for. My beef cheesesteak tasted like steakums. My lemonade tasted like it had been sitting for a few days and wasn't freshly made. Both my husband and mother in law ended up with horrible stomach aches. None of us finished our subs. It didn't taste fresh, waste of money. Not going back.

I had one of the Phillies cheesesteaks and egg rolls recently and Cheesesteak Spot has the best in town. I absolutely love their sandwiches. They are quick to make your food fresh to order. I highly recommend Cheesesteak Spot. I also found out they do box lunches for groups, bands, schools and gatherings.

Placed an order for two steak sandwiches and one order of cheesesteak fries, after patiently waiting an hour and a half, the young man at the counter asked again what our order was. When I told him, he apologized saying he made a mistake and the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak was entered as an order of fries. Fine, I’d rather have some of the order right and get my food after waiting this long. Upon arriving home with the order, we unpacked it to find that we didn’t receive any sandwiches at all and each order included onions that were specifically requested not be included. Under seasoned beef and soggy fries are not worth the length of time we waited.

We ordered takeout in person. Saturday night, so it was busy. We were fine waitin.. Were told about 20-30 minutes. But we waited over an hour and a half. We ordered two cheesesteaks and fries. Requested no onions. We got three orders of cheesesteak fries instead. Soggy. Messy. And with onions.We were really looking forward to trying this place after hearing such great things but this was a mess. The man running the counter was kind and apologetic, and things are a bit busy... But still. We gave the offer in person. How it gets this messed up is insane. We just wanted to leave by the time we finally got food. Wouldn't recommen, sorry to say.
