I ordered through the app, fulfilled by DoorDash, but they failed to check the order so there were missing items. I called the store but they said they can't handle it there, and I have to call Door Dash. Thanks, I'll never order from here again.

Hooray for our kids, the play area is open again, it's pretty standard equipment for Chick Fila, but I think it's all brand new. This location provides mouthwash in the restroom, crayons in one of the condiment stations, and those adhesive placemats for toddlers. They checked on us at our table a few times like we were at a restaurant. The parking spaces for dine-in felt limited, but it was appropriate for the number of tables they had available.

Service was great but very disappointed in the parking lot situation. Most spots were reserved for curbside pickup, drive thru waiting, or chic fil a delivery vehicles. We had 2 younger kids and wanted to go inside to eat but with no parking we were forced into the drive through. Was not optimal for someone with a major back issues.

I ordered 10 minutes before breakfast cut off this morning 8/8/2025, knew only had 10 , chose dine in.. got there 10:30, payment had gone through, told breakfast over and cannot fill 10 piece mini order.. said sorry.. I ask about the charges to my bank, was told it would refund eventually, no gift card for amount, no offer to make this right.. I understand the time issue.. but so unlike how Chick-fil-A operates, so disappointed.

My experience at Chick-fil-A is usually always good, but not today. I got a raw Chick-fil-A sandwich, and I got it delivered to me. I called to try to get them to send me a new meal. They sent me rewards for a meal, which only include a Chick-fil-A meal, chicken nugget meal, or grilled chicken nugget meal, not a spicy meal like the sandwich I ordered. Also, you can’t get your free meal because you have to pay at least five dollars in the app for them to bring you your food. And if you like your sides large, you cannot get that for free even if you ordered a large when they redeem you your points back you have to pay for a large
Pt2 I placed my Mobile order the one they gave me for free and then delivery driver lied about it being delivered. I was looking for it about 10 minutes. On the app it told me to check my pass orders meaning it has already been delivered my fries were cold and tasted like they have been sitting out. They were not crispy. They were still pale, and my yogurt was no longer cold as it should be it It was pretty warm when I got it for Yogurt. Very upsetting as I never had a problem with Chick-fil-A there usually always spot on very upsetting day today
