I asked for extra sweetener for my iced vanilla coffee and only got by what it look like I shot and tasted very bitter and dark and service was rude like they didn’t wanna be there.

Went through the drive thru for a simple chicken sandwich and sweet tea. There were at least 8-9 cars in line ahead of me. There were more but I couldn't see around the building. However, the employees at ChicFilA are always fast, friendly and very efficient! They had someone outside taking orders and collecting payment for our food. I was able to get my sandwich and tea in record time; considering how many cars were ahead of me. SUPER JOB TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES! 😁
I went to get dinner and went through the drive-thru. Everyone was pleasant as usual, order 2 meals. When I got home I pulled my food out I had 1/2 a container of fries in each container. When I put them together had a 1 full container. I ordered the 8 piece nuggets and had pieces smaller than the chicken minis. 3 of the nuggets were the size of crumbs! For the price that was charged I should have had a decent serving of food.

Ordered through the app for delivery at 4:30 pm, said order would arrive by 5:09. App notified that it would be 5:24, had to be somewhere at 5:30. Another notification came stating new time of 5:54. I called the store, my order had left for delivery around 5:30. I called out of frustration, Manager on duty asked if I wanted my order canceled? No, I just want some level of honesty about when my order will be delivered without multiple changes. I could have driven to the store and home 3 times in that amount of time. The order was $93. Then it arrived and items were incorrect...
