I probably need to remember to go to the Westchester location. This location appears to have staffing issues. Beyond the take out often being super slow, the staff often doesn't have the typical engagement you expect. Like picking up the food they literally say your name and sling it at you with a hint of discontent. Also, in the takeout line to take your order there's often something goofy going on which drags things out. The last time i waited longer than i ever had...

This place was very busy but the hard working staff kept this store and drive thru running efficiently and smoothly.
I take my son who is autistic and we enjoy the waffle fries every time. Thanks!
