I know I say this a lot, but usually this Chick-fil-A is better. But today was a huge disappointment. First off, they forgot half the order. Me and my family ordered a chicken sandwich, a SPICY pimento cheese chicken sandwich, and nuggets. I can understand grabbing a normal filet instead of a spicy one and not using as much pimento as last year, but forgetting the nuggets entirely? Fr yall. But I got to keep both sandwiches! Hurray! Unfortunately the other chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese was lowk so disappointing. There was so much fat in the sandwich I thought it was a fat sandwich instead of a chicken one. Not hurray.

This was an outstanding experience tonight. The line was wrapped around the building and two lanes. I have my food in hand in less than 7 minutes. I drove away smiling and completely amazed at the service that I received. Hot fresh and exactly what I ordered.
They broke all the records today in my eyes!!!??

The food was overall good, the staff was also friendly. However, there was a worker with the name of Yisel. She had an attitude in her tone and I saw her treating some of her co workers in a rude manner. She was also being rude in general. I thought Chick fil A was supposed to be a friendly environment. There’s no reason as to why someone like Yisel should be on the team if all she’s doing is treating others with disrespect and having a negative attitude. Ngl ts had me pissed.

The lines were longer than usual (YES, that long) as customers were made to use the speaker box like traditional fast food drive-thru's. HOWER, I ❤️ love that they did not make the staff stay outside in the heat.. ❤️ ? Kudos! *** I order in the AP... which was appreciated by staff and the folks in the cars behind me that circled the building.

I ordered a plain iced coffee. I received an coffee with milk. I then sent it back and said that I wanted an iced black coffee with nothing in it. And I recieved an iced coffee with sugar in it.. Unfortunately I did not realise that it was wrong till I was halfway home. But it's really not a good way to start your day. And it feels like one of the simplest things to make... so it was very frustrating despite the good service.

We both got sick from the food. We eat here a few times a month, and this last time, we had the chicken club sandwich. Within a few hours, we both had severe stomach issues that lasted 3 days.

Please don't bother with your generic 'we appreciate your review and strive for good service' because you.dont even bother to address the actual issues nor do you care to make anything right. If you were anything other than a CFA you'd be out of business by now.

Done with CFA after getting screwed out of food by them because I used door dash. Bag arrived sealed but missing items. Instead of going and picking them up I had to go through door dash. I'm the one who didn't get what I paid for and now I have to jump through hoops to have it made right.
What a terrible business.
