It's not about being asked to pull forward from the drive thru window.Further proof that whoever runs this location doesn't care about customer service.Worst Chick fil a on the planet hands down.*Wow! I didn't think it was possible to be angry after going to Chick fil a but this location has somehow figured out how to be the only awful Chick fil a on the planet as far as I can tell.I have been to dozens of locations all over the country and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in the drive thru. No matter how busy they are, every location I have ever been to has people moving through quickly and efficiently.After placing my order (which was only 5 nuggets and 1 sandwich) it took almost 10 minutes to get to the window. When I finally got to the window I was quite surprised to see my order wasn't ready considering it had been almost 10 minutes and I ordered the two simplest items you could possibly order.The not so pleasant woman at the window directed me to pull forward, which I of course did, and then proceeded to rudely tell me to pull forward further which would mean I was going to have to back up in to the drive thru line to get out of there because of all the conses and signs nonsensically placed all over the parking lot and drive thru area.After pulling past the window, it somehow took another 10 minutes to receive ONE SANDWICH AND FIVE NUGGETS. As I was waiting I saw the drive thru attendant sporadically bringing orders far back down the line which created even more confusion and frustration for everyone and cause more issues with people 4-5 cars back trying to exit the drive thru line because they got their food before the multiple cars in front of them for some reason.I can not even begin to comprehend how this location has managed to be so inept. It is totally mind boggling especially considering how on point and consistent every other single location has been for as long as I can remember.I do not understand what is happening at this location but I can say with all certainty that I will never return here and will opt for other options in the area if I don't feel like driving further to a different Chick fil a location.

Chic fil a is always spot on with their service I wish other restaurants would take notes lol the food I always good. I will say i love the salads but here recently they have really gotten small and the price has gone up!
Did a mobile order. And while trying to navigate the app I accidentally ordered a spicy chicken sandwich instead of regular for my daughter. I went inside and spoke to the cashier. Who said it was my fault and there's nothing that she can do. And pretty much waves me off. But last time I ate here there was plastic in my sandwich and they just replaced the sandwich. I didn't make a big deal or ask for a refund.
