Don't order mobile drive thru at this location. We've done it twice and both times we sat for 10 minutes in the line with our food. Something is really wrong logistically with how they manage the set up.

Chic-fil-a is always a great choice for food but the mobile service at this one is horrible. I’ve been waiting ten minutes and haven’t moved close to the window yet. Absurd. It’s like they are completely ignoring the mobile thru service.

Like 99.9 Chick-fil-A 's I've visited, this visit was great. The only issue I had was the request for extra pickles on my sandwich was missed. In fact I got no pickles which makes me believe the sandwich maker confused extra with NO. We went to the mobile order lane and the timeline was quick and uneventful. Courteous and friendly. One last comment, I'm back home in NC, so the wreaths are probably down by now, but next time hang them evenly,lol.(See photo) What else is there to complain about. Seriously,a great visit with outstanding food, excellent service.
Don't do this (this being replacing 80% of the fries with 5 large plastic sauce containers instead).
I took out one of the sauces before taking the photo, because it was too ridiculous to not share, btw!
We order on apps that charge upwards of $4 bucks with tax (before tip percentage per item calculation) for a medium fry.
Not only is this sauce replacement smashed fry crumbs below thing gross (food safety prevents the necessity of packaged sauces to be stored in ways that prevent exterior contamination due to the nature of the consumable portion being located inside the package), In this economy, it's actually just stealing from people.
Give customers their medium fries. Eating sauce is not what they paid for, nor is it a suitable replacement for fries. Lastly, during flu season, don't put your dirty, any which way ungloved handled and tossed around plastic sauce packages atop the sad 5 fries you attempt to pass as a full order because that's disgusting. You ruined the only couple of fries you gave us. Comically evil, tbh.

This Chick-fil-A can’t handle crowds at all.
They completely forgot half of my order . Just save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Chick-fil-A normally has pretty good customer service Avoid this location, seriously

Can't remember the last time I got what I ordered... Chick-fil-A as a company has always impressed me with their customer service but even with their guidelines to follow this one falls short everytime. From mediocre staff, always having to pull up and park when going through the drive thru, never getting my order 100% correct, I am done giving this one second chances. ill just carry my wallet down to Winterpock where they are annoying nice and accurate!

The mobile order lane is always blocked off by people in the normal drive-through lane. Lane design at this location is poorly laid out. And that is after queueing on the access road for 5 minutes to actually get into the parking lot.

Got to chikfila 8:28 started driving home 8:39
It took 11 minutes to get thru mobile drive thru order
Issues is that mobile order line is supposed to be faster than drive thru but it is slower.
And if either line gets the order, they still have ti wait until the 1st in line. Sometimes 2 or 3 cars get their food and ends us just waiting.
Middle lane could be open or close mobile thru.
There needs to have a middle lane to open up traffic, for mobile thrus,
And a 2nd drive thru lane needs to be opened.
This design was flawed and it was much more efficient when there was just a regular drive thru with multiple lanes and multiple egresses

My order was wrong tonight after order taker repeated my order. I paid for more than I received and my sandwich was wrong, but realized when I got home. They were not busy about 8:00 and I tried calling to speak with manager but voicemail was full and nobody answers. I tried the form online but it wouldn't continue after selecting the store, maybe because my Android?! So I guess no way to get a refund unless I drive back up there.
