Like 99.9 Chick-fil-A 's I've visited, this visit was great. The only issue I had was the request for extra pickles on my sandwich was missed. In fact I got no pickles which makes me believe the sandwich maker confused extra with NO. We went to the mobile order lane and the timeline was quick and uneventful. Courteous and friendly. Good food but i dont understand why this chick-fil-a operator doesn’t allow the cashier to make the drink. Usually this does not negatively affect meals but if you come to this store in person and order only a coke you have to wait a while (up to ten mins in my experience) because the cashier wont make the drink. Instead the employees in the back busy bagging food are responsible for a simple coke order. Seems ridiculous to me since most other chick-fil-a’s in the area allow...
