Morgan was our server and was amazing. Haven't been to chilis in years it feels like and she made me want to come back! Fantastic service!!!!

It was 8:30 pm and the two girls at the front said that they couldn’t seat us because the restaurant was about to close although yall close at 10. We were 7. They were talking to themselves in Spanish but we understood absolutely everything they said. There was a table that had just gotten up and it was a table that could fit even 10 people. I’m unsatisfied and frustrated at the fact that the girls at the front desk with their unwillingness to help and look for solutions. They just said that they were going to close and that we could not be seated. Ridiculous

I think the restaurant needs to catch up with the volume coming their way from the influencer campaign. They were a little slow but dang it had to come try that triple dipper all over the internet. Big mouth bites were good, crispers solid as always, and the mozzarella sticks had decent cheese pull but woah that Nashville hot is WAY too salty.

Set down this place was not even busy the waitress said she would be back in a minute after we had set there for about 10 min and about 10 min later she never came back so after 20 minutes we got up and left it had been years since we had been here and now I don't think we will ever go back

This will be the next restaurant to go. Not even crowded. They seated us but never came to take our order. Walked by one time and said I'll be right with you. Never came back. Sat for 15 minutes and didn't even get water. Got up and walked out and no one batted an eye. My money spends just as good as anyone else's. I hadn't been to chili's in almost 10 years. And I guess this will be the last time too. And if we came in too late for dinner yall should have just told us at the door.

Had a wonderful waitress --wish I could remember her name. She was on it!! This photo is of the mini Lava Cake. It was the perfect size to share for just a bite or two of something sweet and delicious.

The service was lacking. Not crowded at all but our server was not present. Never asked us how we were doing.. Never asked about our food. Just below average service. At this point, just order to go.

Only sit in the bar section for happy hr. Dumb rule in place where you dont get the deal unless your at the bar. Aside from that rule that needs to be changed. Service was impeccable.

Awesome!
We had Nashville fried mozzarella, southwestern egg rolls, brisket quesadillas and quesadilla explosion salad. Chefs kiss! 😘 Everything was so good. Food served fast. Our waitress Jada was the best. Absolutely going back. Would definitely recommend
