I had not been to this location in years and it’s nice to see they are consistent in being awful! I drove 15 mins to return this online order - chicken bowl with rotten guac (the chicken you see is all that was given also) $16 is wild. The “team” argued that it’s fresh, refused a remake or to give a refund.

Every time I come here I am disappointed. The staff are unhelpful, the facility is often dirty, and the food is sub-par. I've order in person and for pickup via the chipotle app. Every time I order via the app, the location doesn't update the status. Tonight's was bone cold and was clearly made with food that hadn't been kept warm.

Go to another Chipotle if at all possible!

Very horrible experience I order extra corn steak and queso online went through the drive through and ℹ received a basic bowel I had to give 1.70 for queso because it wasn’t any and the drive thru attitude was the worst they greeted me by saying “what’s up “ this no costume service at all was displayed. this experience is the reason I will not be back . I paid with my hard earned money and received bare minimum with an attitude on the SIDE !!!

Food was ok. Eating area stunk smelled like stale water. Ended up not feeling well after eating i will not go back to that store if in the area.

drive thru employees ALWAYS have an attitude and if your picking up an order expect to stand there for a moment because orders are never on the shelf on time on top of them ignoring customers that are waiting for online orders

This has to be the worst service i ever had . The person at the assembly area has the nastiest aptitude. Very i competente and showing he is not happy to work for this company if this was my employee ill get hum fired on the spot . Please look at the reviews. This person is the same other people complaining about .

Never had an experience like this at chipotle…the girl said you could only get 2 vinegarettes when I asked for 3…. Any other chipotle would give 3. Never coming to this location again. Terrible customer service

Ordered a bowl and got home. And started eating my bowl when a black beetle crawled out my bowl. Freaking disgusting!

My dude putting the bowls together are you okay? Like really? I haven’t been to chipotle in forever and while I may have my exact order down I was also getting food for my husband and kids and dude was looking at me with buldging eyes because I wasn’t spitting my order out in 2.5 seconds. Even using exaggerated hand motions motioning to all of the toppings like he was in a race to put my bowls together and win a medal. There was one person behind me. This was not some dinner rush where you had to cater to 10,000 other people 🫠🫠🫠 idk what happened to you today, but seek help for that because that was a lot.

It's Chipotle. If it's different than the others, something is wrong.
