Very horrible experience I order extra corn steak and queso online went through the drive through and ℹ received a basic bowel I had to give 1.70 for queso because it wasn’t any and the drive thru attitude was the worst they greeted me by saying “what’s up “ this no costume service at all was displayed. this experience is the reason I will not be back . I paid with my hard earned money and received bare minimum with an attitude on the SIDE !!!
Food was ok. Eating area stunk smelled like stale water. Ended up not feeling well after eating i will not go back to that store if in the area.

drive thru employees ALWAYS have an attitude and if your picking up an order expect to stand there for a moment because orders are never on the shelf on time on top of them ignoring customers that are waiting for online orders

This has to be the worst service i ever had . The person at the assembly area has the nastiest aptitude. Very i competente and showing he is not happy to work for this company if this was my employee ill get hum fired on the spot . Please look at the reviews. This person is the same other people complaining about .

Never had an experience like this at chipotle…the girl said you could only get 2 vinegarettes when I asked for 3…. Any other chipotle would give 3. Never coming to this location again. Terrible customer service

My dude putting the bowls together are you okay? Like really? I haven’t been to chipotle in forever and while I may have my exact order down I was also getting food for my husband and kids and dude was looking at me with buldging eyes because I wasn’t spitting my order out in 2.5 seconds. Even using exaggerated hand motions motioning to all of the toppings like he was in a race to put my bowls together and win a medal. There was one person behind me. This was not some dinner rush where you had to cater to 10,000 other people 🫠🫠🫠 idk what happened to you today, but seek help for that because that was a lot.
It's Chipotle. If it's different than the others, something is wrong.

9pm on 04/12. It’s pretty wild to me how you spend 12 bucks on a half filled bowl, then the cashier rudly slides the bag at me then runs off. Your job is customer service, if you can’t do that then go get a job being a desk.
To the manager who runs this location, you are garbage. Learn to hire people who give a crap.
if you ever want to experience how fast a Formula 1 race is come to this Chipotle, not joking. they somehow had my order done before I even knew what I wanted. I think the bald guy was the ring leader but props to him because that was the best experience of my life. #godblesschipotle
I ordered pickup for 3 veggie and 3 sofrita bowl from Chipotle from Rittenhouse drive Midlothian VA but white rice were uncooked and sticky didn’t enjoy food.I have seen dine in here always good and takeout is always bad experience.

All of the food on the line was bad. The rice was clearly over cooked mushy. The onions peppers was black. All the meat and beans were low and all dry looking. I got a drink and left. I even told the employee all of this looks rather dry
Worst experience I’ve had at any chipotle!! I stopped in today for lunch and went through the line as normal and when I approached the cashier I asked for 2 vinaigarettes; the young lady got them for me. As I frequent Chipotle often, I know that the portion sizes can lack at times, so instead of getting all the way back home and being frustrated with the lack of dressing, I politely asked see the containers. The young lady instantly got an attitude. I noticed one container was full and the other was almost empty. I politely asked for another when she rudely responded that company policy says I could only have two. I let her know that I didn’t mind purchasing another. Her attitude got even worse and she repeats herself. I asked her to look at them with me to show her the difference in the two. Told her I understood policy and if she could switch out the almost empty one for one of the fuller ones sitting right behind her, that would be fine. She became even more belligerent. I was appalled at her behavior which then led to me just leaving and not purchasing anything. I really don’t understand how this type of customer service is allowed. This is not the first time I’ve received poor service at this same store. I try to give grace however I can guarantee this will be my last time ever visiting this location. I work in customer service as well and would never have treated someone like I was treated today. I have never given any establishment a negative review but feeling so disrespected and unsatisfied as I feel now, it’s more than warranted. I really hope Chipotle can make the necessary adjustments so that other loyal, paying customers don’t have to go through what I went through today over something that could’ve been remidied so simply.
