Not much atmosphere here, but the food was fresh, tasty, and fairly priced. I will definitely go back!

Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker and the patrons rushed to help me in and out of the restaurant. It did my heart good to know that others cared!

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too and I keep coming back thinking it has to get better. Every single time I come no matter the time of day, they are out of something. Pooor poor management! The franchise needs to shut this down.

I just watched the Manager of this location use her dirty gloves to return food to the container that she had just shown an employee what the portion should look like. The employee asked if I was ordering that item (sofritas) when I voiced a concern about what I had witnessed. When I stated that I would not be ordering the sofritas, I was told that it didn't matter then. The manager stated that she had not touch the food with dirty gloves, I inquired about and asked for her manager, I was informed that she "could not give me that information", nor would she supply me with her name, leaving me other option than to report tthem to the health department.

I visited this Chipotle one afternoon & they barely had any food to serve. On top of that one employee was the only one on line serving customers which is very unprofessional management based on who I believe was the manager (caucasian female with neck tattoo) was not doing much and seemed to aggressively boss around the only employee on line instead of helping. Very low on staff and POOR MANAGEMENT. I didn’t learn my lesson & returned soon after & they were low on food once again; I believe the manager is more concerned on yelling at her employees rather than focusing on inventory & the food customers PAY FOR. If i could I would give it 0 stars. I will continue to go to a different Chipotle as long as this one stays toxic & low on ingredients.

Beyond disappointed. Drove from South Boston Virginia to get chipotle and one bowl was full and the other bowl was missing ingredients and half of what it should’ve been. I didn’t know this till I got back home. Extremely disappointed that I only got back a free drink through the app and it kept disconnecting me. Stale chips too We won’t be back, this place needs new management ASAP and probably new employees

Never seen a place this low with reviews. Why do people still even come here? I came here for first and last time today. They were out of vinegar and the dining area looked like hurricane katrina came through it. Rude staff that didn’t even know what they made me after they made it. Would give 0 STARS IF I COULD.

Sadly this chipotle needs some serious work. Thought to myself, it can’t be that bad. Until I went in person.

Trash overflown, no cheese, corn salsa, or even salt packets to grab on the way out.

Normally the grills are running, to keep pushing fresh food. It’s 7 pm and it looks like they’re closing up for the night. Customers just walking out after seeing the condition of the place.

absolutely awful, always out of food. out of cheese at 2 pm on a friday is absurd. the managers need to alot more food to be used throughout the day, this quota they are exceeding is insane and corporate needs to really evaluate how this location is being managed. many people i know have started going to moes and qudoba over chipotle due to this location specifically. extremely disappointed about how downhill this location is going.

Interior is always dirty with uncleaned tables and overflowing trash cans. Store frequently is out of key foods(guac) and utensils(plastic forks). Obviously not well managed; we no longer eat there.

Brutal location. Absolutely brutal. These reviews are very accurate. How corporate allows this location to continue to operate is beyond me.

I have had hot rice water splattered all over the front of my pants from one of the employees. Didn’t even notice they did it. So it looked like I messed myself.

I have gone into the store 10 mins after they open for lunch. Waited for 10 mins for anyone to even acknowledge me standing there. They all just prepped, no greeting or anything. Prep should be done before you open. The lady after 10 mins just walked over and stared at me. I guess that was my cue to start ordering.

I have ordered online and my order is very simple. I had to start titling my meals “please add extra rice” because I ask for it, and pay for it, but they don’t do it. One time they sent me an order with the regular amount of rice and sent a tiny sauce cup filled with rice like 2oz to go along with it. Guess it was an act of defiance.

I also cut my finger pretty badly on the exposed serrated metal of their trash can.

Overall, they are usually out of food. Rice is often hard and crunchy. Staff is ridiculous. They are rude, lazy, and always have an attitude, and seem disgusted anytime they have to work or do there job. I only have ate here because it is close to me and is somewhat healthy but no more. Something has to be done here.

The worst Chipotle location by far. Workers are all rude and not willing to be of service to customers. Recently I tried this location and the staff didn’t let me know they were out of key ingredients until after the bowl was halfway complete. If they would have let me know before hand I would have been ok to replace my order, instead they let the bowl go to waste. Anywho all of that to say, this Chipotle is not worth the trouble. Go to Wong’s Tacos.

My Experience was not Great the Guy that did the Food and Did my Drinks was not Friendly towards me and when I got my drinks instead of him saying ma'am don't forget to swipe gave me an attitude and said did you swipe who talks to a customer like that who knows if I will ever return to this

Went last night to get dinner and they had VERY few options available. They were out of steak, corn, cheese, guacamole, and chips! All their special juices were empty. The food was also really bland at this location in comparison to other chipotle locations. Plus paying $43 for subpar food was ridiculous. I was very disappointed, as I have loved chipotle in the past…. Probably will not go back because of this.
