The food prep area looked dirty and they charge you a crazy amount for chips.

I ordered a salad for pickup- the salad had no lettuce... the base of any salad lol. And they forgot my chips that i paid for. Next time I will have to check the bag and also open my salad to ensure there is lettuce i guess. Also got to the front of the line and was told to circle back around through the drive through. So I ended up having to wait in line twice

Surprise surprise out of white rice at dinner time. Waited 25 mins after they said 15 mins. They are always out of something, place is disqusting, and workers are incompetent

For a while, this Chipotle location was not consistent with food prep, customer service, and cleanliness. However, my last three visits have been great. I am not sure if there is new management or more employee training, but wow! The restaurant has been clean, and the staff have worked to provide a solid customer service experience. I hope to see this positive change continue because my oldest child loves his Chipotle!

Bowl was barely half full. They skimp on all portions. It’s quite ridiculous. I had to request they add more protein since they literally put 6 diced pieces of steak on my bowl right in front of me. I don’t know why corporate doesn’t just shut them down. I live right around the corner and drive to other locations when I can. I had one good experience when someone senior was there a few weeks ago but it’s back to the same old nightmare now. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. Had to wait in the drive through for 50 mins only to get a bowl that was half full and missing chips and hard rice. Don't bother here. Go to the one near the mall. Better yet. Go to the Moe's or Qdoba nearby

We placed an order via DoorDash for 5 people. 4 burritos, 1 salad, and guacamole. The salad was not the one we ordered and had another persons name on it.
One of the burritos had the ingredients on it that were supposed to be on the salad. One burrito was never made. Another burrito had hot sauce and beans but that was supposed put be on another burrito. Very frustrating when food is ordered and 1 of the 5 meals is correct.

Great area but very very bad customer service. Ordered honey chicken and they hardly put any meat in your order. I literally counted 14 pieces of chicken pieces on my burrito bowl! Asked to them to please add more, guy wants to charge me double meat. Chipotle should be ashamed! No wonder the ratings are bad. They’re smug and won’t even thank you for buying from them! Shameful.

I’ve been coming to Chipotle since it first opened, but unfortunately, the service and quality have gone down tremendously over time. Every time I visit, it feels like the employees don’t want to be there, and when I ask a simple question, I’m often brushed off in a rude manner.
For example, today I tried to redeem my free entrée and politely asked if I could apply it to a specific meal. The manager laughed at me and said, “We can’t do that,” in a dismissive tone. I found this response disrespectful and unprofessional, especially considering I approached the situation respectfully. How this chipotle is still running under the same management is awful.

Update: I did get a full refund after I messaged their generic customer service email. That made me happier but still won't go back to this location.
Using the app, I was only able to get a $30 refund for a $40 order and won't let me talk to a person. Every single entree in my order was wrong after I got home and looked at it. 20 minute drive home. Every. Single. Entree. I tried to call store- got sent to their APP Bot. I got a refund for 3 entrees- mind you my husband's was supposed to have guacamole and double meat. So I got a 'free' $9 entree for a $16 meal I paid for. Another previous visit- they were out of CHEESE. How are you out of CHEESE at Chiptole. I should have trusted myself and never returned but I did. Never. Again.
I tried to call the store, was sent to an automated message to follow directions on email. The owner suggests using their website, I already did that. There is literally no way to get ahold of a live person without going back to the store- which I'm not going to do. The whole point of us doing carry out tonight was I'm recovering from a surgery and there is a huge storm right now.

The last straw with a messed up order today, I’ve had a couple of bad experiences here: Entire meals missing from my order, staff telling me after my order was placed that they didn’t have basic things like rice and that they didn’t know when they would get it…then while on hold with customer service I see that they are serving rice again. These amongst other more run of the milll quality issues. I thought previous issues were a fluke and the location is convenient, but NEVER again. Validated by the horrible reviews others have given.
Never in my life have I ever been to an establishment as terrible as this one as a whole. The manager Daniel Crowder is extremely rude to all customers, there’s always door dashers out the door waiting for orders because this location is severely understaffed. It could be to make it appear like they’re increasing profits but the reality is the store is poorly run and it feels like a chore to come in. I will no longer be giving them my money these teen workers always look so depressed and there’s been multiple times where I’ve come in and seen workers crying or look scared of the manager. Unbelievable and I hope these workers seek justice
