Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have gone to this newer location three times and left extremely disappointed every time. BY FAR the smallest portion sizes of any Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Not even close to be honest. Last time the worker making my bowl had a runny nose, obviously sick. Do not recommend. Will not be back. Just awful. Must be fixed.

Terrible rations and service. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The least amount of food i’ve ever gotten from a chipotle. The scoops were pitiful and the staff had a pissy attitude. Never seen a DOUBLE steak burrito with rice and all the extras be so small. Not worth it

Worse experience in CHIPOTLE franchise. Red Hair on the food, costumer service was not plaesent. Employees act the worse way as possible. Definitely not recommended AVOID AT ALL COST.

Meat was dried out and burnt. Rice was crunchy and stale. Chips were stale. When this location first opened, it was great. But after awhile, it really went down hill. Very disappointing.

I was eating here once per week on a weekday before noon, hoping that it would get better, but it never did. On a regular basis the drinks area is trashed, food was extremely hit and miss, and their portions were small. The final straw was showing up on a Saturday at 11:45, and they had no chicken made and no veggies, and no one even cooking, everyone just standing around like it’s normal. So every week I will be driving past this Chipotle to go to Hull street until they put an under new management banner out front.

Should have looked at the reviews before we went.... mold on shredded cheese, crunchy rice, impatient staff, and didn't include chips and drink with kids meal.

Update: came back to this location expecting the same great service. BOY WAS I SURPRISED! This place went down hill fast. The restaurant is dirty, the employee that made my bowl made me feel rushed in an empty store. When ai asked about refilling the lemonade that’s empty I was given attitude. Sad situation here!

This was an awesome visit. And the manager on duty was TOP TEIR. I didn’t ask his name but he’s pictured below. We had a small problem and he jumped right in and corrected it. Along with the care and concern for the staff, he jumped WHERE EVER they needed him. He’s NOT a manager. He’s a true leader!

All the other reviews that are 1-2 stars are correct. The food is awful. The rice was clumped like 1-2 day old rice does. It was cold, like they didn’t even try to reheat it. The chicken was half-burned yet also cold. The portions were half the size of any other chipotle, but maybe that was a good thing since we couldn’t even eat it because it was so gross. Literally, the only thing edible was the guacamole.

I have ordered food here a few times and the rice has been undercooked almost every time. When I ordered today, the rice grains were very considerably hard/undercooked.
