If you're looking for fresh, flavorful, and feel-good food, Chopt in Midlothian is the place to be! I walked in and I was impressed by the clean, vibrant atmosphere and the friendly energy from the staff. The ingredients were incredibly fresh. Everything from the crisp romaine and kale to the perfectly grilled chicken and roasted veggies. The variety of toppings and dressings is unmatched, with so many creative and delicious combinations to choose from. Whether you're building your own or picking one of their signature salads or warm bowls, you can’t go wrong. I loved how customizable everything was, and the staff was more than happy to walk me through the options. The customer service was top-notch and everyone was super helpful, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can really tell they care about giving each customer a great experience. The quality of the food, the freshness of the ingredients, and the amazing customer service made this one of the best fast-casual dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Chopt in Midlothian is a gem, and I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

A great place to come after the gym. The bread slices were life-changing! Thank goodness for Rose, bread was amazing.

This place has really great salads! Rose assisted me and was very helpful when picking.

I came in for lunch and Austin, the manager was very helpful in accommodating my dietary restrictions. Friendly staff, clean & good food!

June 24th visit: food was delicious as always (lemon crush bowl) and the server (Austin) was super pleasant and helpful. Eating in is delightful. Only wish: bit fuller bowl (like the photos) 😔

I was here on the 22 and it was my first time coming here, A really kind girl named Rose helped me out and was really kind. I loved the food and the employee, I’ll definitely come back here.

The service at this location is nothing but Amazing!!
My Husband and I visited Chopt for the first time!
We were greeted and served by a mannerable, very respectful young man by the name of Yashua.
This young man deserves praise!
Young adult now a days are not very friendly!
However, due to the wonderful service by Yashua we will definitely be returning!

We dropped in for an event where you get a free kids meal with purchase of an adult meal..luckily it was pretty empty, but it took at least 15 minutes for us to get through the very very short line. The staff was pleasant but offered no help or recommendations as this was our first time in. They did have a balloon artist & crumble cookies out for the kids… so that was nice. Overall the wrap I tried was decent & inside is very bright & clean.

The best place

Chopt is consistently clean and bright, and this location is no exception. The drive through window is super easy to use if you place a mobile order, and the staff are kind and helpful. Sophie made my wrap today and was particularly lovely!

Always worth a stop by for reliable, healthy food

We USUALLY have a positive experience at this location but we've had few bad experiences lately. First one, they made both me and my wifes salads before informing us they are out of avocados. Had I known that beforehand I would have gone elsewhere to eat. The second time, a new employee made our salads but made them with the wrong ingredients. The manager had to tell him what goes in it. Unfortunately I'm not familiar what goes in my wifes salad so that was made wrong too. She was very disappointed having spent $16 for it. Lastly, I went in and the manager appeared to be busy creating online orders and was semi polite in telling me there would be a long wait. I felt like I was inconveniencing him by coming in. Not a huge deal but I usually expect priority service if I bothered to come into your restaurant as opposed to just ordering online. Anyhow, We will probably come back but we will have to be alert.
