I never felt so out of place. Service is down. Trying to talk to the staff, I just get stared at.I use to come here with my father and was hoping my visit would be somewhat the same.

Late post. I had my daughters’ birthday party (commonwealth pkwy location ) there in December. Everybody was helpful and courteous, party area was clean . The pizza was sooo good and fresh . My toddler enjoyed herself

The food wasnt bad at all. Their salad bar was very fresh. Dont think I've seen a cleaner cicis before either. Was disappointed they didnt have as many selections as I'd assumed they would have but that's okay. Also the table busser was very sweet and on point with cleaning up our tables. I would definitely suggest this place as a good place to eat fast and cheap.

Food was decent. The times online do not match up with the times the employees say they actually close. They said they close at 9 but it says 10 online. ( it is a Thursday) If this is an error it needs to be fixed. Do not like feeling rushed while eating out.

Today, after I paid with a debit card, the clerk didn't give me the receipt with the service fee on it. Later on when I went to fetch that receipt and the clerk said he couldn't give it to me because he claimed that was a merchant's copy they were supposed to keep for records and IIRC, he said I should've asked for a customer copy of that receipt. I was like "WTF"? The last time I went to that Cici's, I was automatically given the receipt that displayed the service fee for any purchase I made with a bank card and now I have to ask for it? Too much work for a customer, I say. Anyways, I was ok with the rest of the experience today. Heck, I got a dollar off for both the buffet and a large drink making it much cheaper than usual after I handed the same exact clerk a receipt with a promo code for a buffet/large pizza, so I'm giving this 2 stars instead of one as this is what redeemed my experience today.

A great family and younger children facility. The breadth of their pizza toppings and styles are huge. Their salad bar (my main dish) has been starting to lack a little bit here and there, but over all this is a great place to bring your entire family. It can be busy, and noisy, but that is what you expect with happy kids and families.
