Got my kids the kid’s cones and after fighting to peel the paper off for 5 minutes we found glue stuck to the cone that holds the paper on the cone. When I ask the manager inside, why do you put glue on the cones and they said that’s how it comes in the box, then she said “I don’t think it’s edible.” Absolutely disgusted I would not be getting my kids ice cream from this place again.

Stopped in today for ice cream, and when it was time to check out, I advised the employee of what we got. I was told by said employee that I should have lied, and said we got smalls, as that is what he would have rung us up for.
Then when eating the ice cream, I was blessed with not one, but at least two long dark color hairs well mixed up in my ice cream. The second discovered hair is visible in the picture.
Needless to say, won’t be returning to this Cold Stone.

Never again will I preorder a custom cake at this place. Could’ve gotten a cheaper, prettier, and just as good cake from Walmart.
One of the workers coughed in his hand, while on the phone, walked behind the desk STILL ON HIS DIRTY PHONE!!! And started making ice cream without washing his hands or gloves! Disgusting!!!???? neither workers had gloves on.

Not thrilled, I ordered the pint size family pack, especially for the 2 mix in sides (shown in the picture on the side). Then ending up mixing both mix-ins into one of the flavors, so now I have a ruined icecream and no extra toppings. The one they got right tasted good (the only reason it got 2 stars not 1) EDIT: upon looking closer they messed up ALL the items in my order. EDIT 2: I called and they were nice enough to redo my order. The girl I talked to was very nice. Still only 3 stars though because even in the "fixed" order they have me Mint Chocolate instead of Frozen Hot Cocoa
