Got my kids the kid’s cones and after fighting to peel the paper off for 5 minutes we found glue stuck to the cone that holds the paper on the cone. When I ask the manager inside, why do you put glue on the cones and they said that’s how it comes in the box, then she said “I don’t think it’s edible.” Absolutely disgusted I would not be getting my kids ice cream from this place again.

Stopped in today for ice cream, and when it was time to check out, I advised the employee of what we got. I was told by said employee that I should have lied, and said we got smalls, as that is what he would have rung us up for.
Then when eating the ice cream, I was blessed with not one, but at least two long dark color hairs well mixed up in my ice cream. The second discovered hair is visible in the picture.
Needless to say, won’t be returning to this Cold Stone.

One of the workers coughed in his hand, while on the phone, walked behind the desk STILL ON HIS DIRTY PHONE!!! And started making ice cream without washing his hands or gloves! Disgusting!!!???? neither workers had gloves on.
