One of the workers coughed in his hand, while on the phone, walked behind the desk STILL ON HIS DIRTY PHONE!!! And started making ice cream without washing his hands or gloves! Disgusting!!!???? neither workers had gloves on.

Yummmm I love coldstone. They are very fast and friendly. Seating indoor and outside. The prices make me only come here on special occasions because it definitely is luxury ice cream and it taste like it too. Highly recommend.

I have been going to cold stone for several years. The location we visit is on Alverser Drive. Tonight I go and order ice cream to go. I paid my bill, 8.15 and told the cashier she could keep the change for a tip. $1.85. I paid with a 10.00 bill. The young lady at the register smirked as though that was not enough for a tip, so I placed an additional dollar in the tip jar. The young lady at the register never said thank you or have a good night. To me that's rude and unappreciative.

We got our Grandaughters birthday cake from there paid for it ahead of time. Sent someone to puck it up couldn't find the prepaid order. This went on for some time with them looking for it and us calling it the receipt. Finally find cake and they charged $12.00 more dollars for a cake that was already paid for! Never again.

really disappointing To-go experience. We won't be back anytime soon. The toppings were stale too, definitely not worth the incredibly long wait. And yes, they were fully staffed.

Not thrilled, I ordered the pint size family pack, especially for the 2 mix in sides (shown in the picture on the side). Then ending up mixing both mix-ins into one of the flavors, so now I have a ruined icecream and no extra toppings. The one they got right tasted good (the only reason it got 2 stars not 1) EDIT: upon looking closer they messed up ALL the items in my order. EDIT 2: I called and they were nice enough to redo my order. The girl I talked to was very nice. Still only 3 stars though because even in the "fixed" order they have me Mint Chocolate instead of Frozen Hot Cocoa

First time at this location and I ordered my usual. I was expecting hot fudge not whatever this is. It does not taste very good and for $1.29 extra it wasn't worth it. I was informed that there wasn't any HOT fudge. I should've been told that prior to paying almost $10 for this. Will not be back. Suggestion if someone orders a bigger size I personally feel that more than the usual amount should be given for the extra toppings. Friendly staff. Just not my personal favorite location.

It's was a nice day so my family went for an ice cream treat. Cold Stone is one our family favorites. I enjoyed my ice cream and service was fast. This location is surrounded by other food and drink locations. Although this is further I like this location. It also has a nice size parking lot.
