DO NOT order smoothies from here. They use milk instead of smoothie mix used at every other Cold Stone. Other than that no issues.

My family and I have loved Coldstone for years. Never had any issues with this location until about the last year or so. Walking into this Coldstone is like walking into an ongoing euthanasia of your favorite pet; nobody wants to be there or be going through life. Service is slow and very coldhearted, no pun intended. There’s no smile, no hello, or any positivity whatsoever. It’s like Grandma died in there and everyone just found out. A smile does not cost nearly as much as this once fun and delicious ice cream does.

Great quality ice cream.But when we custom ordered a birthday ice cream cake, they used the wrong color writing on it and the message was not even centered. The cake was delicious but that writing made it look cheesy.

I received an email from Cold Stone wishing a “happy birthday to the coolest person we know” with an offer to “buy one get one” on an ice cream creation. The team at the store made what we requested, but when the manager, Drew, refused to honor my birthday coupon because it was not connected to my phone number. The coupon does not say anywhere on it that a phone number is required to use it. Additionally, Drew was condescending and not at all helpful, not offering any solutions. He said I could sign up for some account, but that the coupon still couldn’t be used even if I did that. I don’t understand why Cold Stone would send me a coupon and not honor it. Why even send the email in the first place? My birthday experience was anything but sweet.

Shakes are great but whenever I order some for my household via Door Dash it takes us several minutes figuring out who each shake belongs to because they are never labeled in any way. Not sure why this isn’t done.

The ice cream is just alright. The only reason I came here was because I had a BOGO for my birthday month. When I went in to use it and showed the staff the email, I had to put a number in that I had set up years ago. I had no idea what the old number was and the staff just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry even though I could clearly show them the email coupon. Will def not come back.

The service was not that great. The staff member almost acted like he was to busy to even serve us. There were very few tables inside that hadn’t been clean.. but the icecream was ok. It did start melting immediately.. wish they kept it cooler like the place up the street (Gelati Celesti)

I absolutely love the ice cream here and the endless possibilities of flavors. If you're unfamiliar with Cold Stone, you pick a base ice cream and then choose mix ins. It's fun and delicious. Service for the most part is standard. This is a good place if you're craving ice cream.

Overpriced - and nothing like what the photos depict (see my comparison). Many other options locally for better service and better ice cream.

The treats were delicious. Perfectly prepared served up in a delicious waffle bowl. He'll spend some money but it's worth it.

Loyal customer for the past 18 years. Always a great place to stop and get ice cream. I’ve been seeing the manager since I was in high school it is great to see the consistency in standards, taste, and ability to please the customers. Prices are pretty standard, great seating if you want to enjoy indoors, also outdoor seating for those who want to sit in the sun.Highly recommend you making a stop if you ever want ice cream!Recommendations include cookie dough, cotton candy, and birthday cake remix.
