Great management!!!!!!

Arrived with grandparents to enjoy our meal, We were instantly seated to a near empty dining area,

We place our order for two chicken campfire dinners and a Cheeseburger with no tomato

After waiting 45 minutes we flag down our waitress to check on the food, to be told waiting on the burger [ She was excellent and not a fault for this bad review, She was the only redeeming factor]

After speaking with the manager who came over to the table we were told they have a new cook in the back, ill go check on that, As the food arrives

The burger is noticed to have tomato and she instantly go to get that resolved ,

for us to discover that our Campfire meals were also BOTH incorrect as well.

So after waiting close to 50 minutes for EVERY SINGLE items to be incorrect. We walked out and went to Texas roadhouse. Absolutely horrific experience.

Grew up on some good home cookin at the C barrell

I was a little disappointed in this Cracker Barrel location sadly. Went in on a Sunday evening around 5:30pm, not too busy for tables, but after ordering with our waitress, food took about 50 minutes to come to our table. Waitress was very attentive and apologized for the backed up kitchen. Once the food did come out, everything was correct; just a tad too long of a wait for a Cracker Barrel establishment.

Had to beg for EVERYTHING. Salad came with meal. Biscuits (we requested when we ordered drinks) came in middle of meal. Some of the order was wrong. Had to request several times for extra salad dressing and request napkins several times. Floor wasn't clean and the bathroom needed attention. I spent 80.00 on a meal that was stressful. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. Worst dining experience I've had in a long time.

The first cracker barrel we went to we could not get a seat so we left. We want a few miles down a couple exits down further south and came upon this cracker barrel.
We were giving a lukewarm coffee which we wanted coffee so bad at that point we didn't really even say much about it but we did let her know that it wasn't even hot. She made very little effort to fix the issue and I wish I did because the coffee was $3.28 we both got coffee so yes they should have been replaced or removed from bill.
When our food came , it was also lukewarm on the cold side. Not really sure why because it didn't take an extremely long time. It's not as if the food sat there long enough to get cold but it was getting cold. We are thinking that maybe the food was pre-cooked and was not warmed up enough. Strike two for Cracker Barrel. I gave up on them years ago. it's probably been 10 to 15 years since I've given them a second chance.

Waitress was great , food was good, took a while to get it. Always noisy and hard to have a conversation.
