Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Best food ever, always gone with the classic chicken strips and a nice cool drink! But the delivery service was okay but could’ve been better, they forgot my drink once but I didn’t make a fuss since I had some tea in my pantry! Dairy Queen is on my top list for favorite fast food restaurants, they take the medal for me with the ice cream variety and textures!

Ordered through the app and my order was suppose to be ready at 9:34 pm which was 15 mins from when I placed the order. I arrived at 9:35 and was told over and over again that they didn’t know what was taking so long while everyone else came in and got served in front of me. Moral to the story, they prioritize the drive thru. Don’t even bother ordering online bc you will wait 30 mins or more like I did while everyone just ignores your presence. TERRIBLE SERVICE. You should’ve seen the look when I asked if they do reviews as I left. 😳

Awful drive through experience, had to repeat my order 3 times (4 items) and they got it wrong, when I pointed out it was wrong at the window they tried to give me a completely unrelated item to replace a missing item. They replaced the missing item with the wrong item a second time and lastly replaced it with the right item but wrong size despite two different employees confirming it was the correct size. A different item was not made correctly and tasted odd.

Who doesn't love ice cream?

No consistency in chocolate milkshakes. Have had good ones and bad ones here. Tonight my chocolate malt was malty, but not enough chocolate syrup was used. So it tasted like a vanilla malt — not what I ordered.

Nice and clean store. Staff was amazing and always smiling. No issues. Food was hot as it should and everything was perfect.

Very unclean. After the person in the drive through window handed it to me I did not even eat the food I ordered. Just threw it away.

EVERY TIME I order food for delivery I never get it. I ordered and they just gave the delivery driver my drink, so I call they said yeah we didn't give it to the dasher by mistake and I have to refund and order again which I did and STILL DIDNT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED. I ordered again today and the same thing happened this is the 3rd time. This is unacceptable I'm not paying $30 for ice-cream and the workers to get a free meal to take home.

The $7 meal deal was delicious and great portion, totally worth it!

Can’t rate the food - couldn’t order. Went inside on a Saturday night at 8:10 pm. Stood in line for 10 minutes and it didn’t move at all. Busy filling orders but no orders taken. Nice & clean.
Tip: use the drive-thru. They’re so focused on completing the drive thru orders they ignore the people who took the time to come inside the store.
