Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered a $30+ mobile order and received a melted and sloppily put together order. First of all, no greeting when I drove up and no energy and just handed me the bag without saying ANYTHING. The bag was covered in icecream including the blizzards inside. No toppings or labels on any. Did not tell us which is which. Horrible service and did not get any of the right toppings- I asked for extra pb cups and got 3 pieces of heath bar. I understand it’s nighttime after a long shift, but PLEASE fix something about this location because the others ones do not give me issues as this one has!

This location is always busy but very fluent. I only come in the summer when they have the cotton candy blizzard I love it . Personally feel like this should be put as a permanent staple on the blizzard menu

3 chicken tender meals were over 50.00 and didnt even taste good. It's a convenient location but not worth the money at all. The employees were nice. Their the only reason I gave 2 stars.

The service was amazing. I went inside and placed my order. Tall, skinny young black male was courteous and helpful. I do not recall name tag, but he was definitely an amazing customer service provider.

Best food ever, always gone with the classic chicken strips and a nice cool drink! But the delivery service was okay but could’ve been better, they forgot my drink once but I didn’t make a fuss since I had some tea in my pantry! Dairy Queen is on my top list for favorite fast food restaurants, they take the medal for me with the ice cream variety and textures!

No cheesecake in my strawberry cheesecake milkshake.

Ordered through the app and my order was suppose to be ready at 9:34 pm which was 15 mins from when I placed the order. I arrived at 9:35 and was told over and over again that they didn’t know what was taking so long while everyone else came in and got served in front of me. Moral to the story, they prioritize the drive thru. Don’t even bother ordering online bc you will wait 30 mins or more like I did while everyone just ignores your presence. TERRIBLE SERVICE. You should’ve seen the look when I asked if they do reviews as I left. 😳

Awful drive through experience, had to repeat my order 3 times (4 items) and they got it wrong, when I pointed out it was wrong at the window they tried to give me a completely unrelated item to replace a missing item. They replaced the missing item with the wrong item a second time and lastly replaced it with the right item but wrong size despite two different employees confirming it was the correct size. A different item was not made correctly and tasted odd.
