I got the burger meal. The hamburger was nasty, with no taste of flame nowhere. The fries were partially hot.. had some hot ones on top as I got down in the box. The rest was cold and wimpy. So they put a few hot ones on top to make you think you have hot fries

Terrible. As others have said, I have decided to stop coming to this location as well. The first time, my Royal cheesecake blizzard was great, the second time it gave brownie crumble bits in it, the third time (today) it was completely melted, and was nothing but cinnamon? What a shame. This is by far the newest and nicest location I’ve seen, but it is clearly being mismanaged. Seriously. No idea what this concoction was supposed to be but really ridiculous. Poured it in the sink and there were strawberries but no cheesecake bites. It’s as if they literally just hit the “f it” button and made up a new recipe.

I've decided to stop coming here after both times I've been here recently they have either given me the completely wrong thing or given us sour ice cream. We asked for a simple vanilla cone the first time and recieved cake batter and the second time all of our ice cream tasted like sour milk. The employees were also very short with us and not very polite.
Got the chicken fingers special, food was ok. They took the toasted bread that comes with it off the order with it which makes it less desirable, and give u a lot of unseasoned fries. So I don't recommend the chicken fingers special no more! The chocolate chip blizzard was good tho as usually!
