Pulled up at drive thru. After waiting for several mins with out any help I saw an employee walking around outside. Asked him if drive thru was open. He said it was and went to the windows to let them know. Shortly after that a voice came over the intercom saying that the drive thru is open they were busy inside with the 2 people they had working and asked me to wait. All this was said in a disrespectful manor. When the came back over the intercom I tried to out my order in. Half a dozen 3 blue berry glazed. They were out. Then I asked for regular glazed they were out. I thought they sold Donuts.

Waited 20 minutes for 6 donuts. Got home and the donuts were not what I ordered nor ones that I would ever eat. Highly disappointed. How hard is it to correctly put 6 donuts in a box? Employees very unorganized as well as the manager.

I love coming in to this Dunkin location! Everyone is so friendly, and kind. I get great service every time I come here, the staff recognizes me and knows my order. The coffee is always fresh. I want to give a shout out to Kiki who I met this morning! She was friendly and took the time to make my coffee and brew a fresh pot without rushing me through. All of the staff here deserves to be rewarded for providing excellent customer service! Thanks again! I will definitely be back!

Everyone at this Dunkin has a great attitude and really friendly! Which is what you need before you’ve had your morning coffee. They even chased me out the door for a cup of water that I forgot I ordered. Will be coming back!
