I use to frequent this location and it would be problem after problem so I stopped. But recently I started coming again and the service is amazing and my mobile order is always ready when needed. Today my drive thru service from Jahmel (hopefully I spelled it right) was spectacular and I really appreciated him!

There are many Dunkins around, there is no reason to ever go to this one. Of the 3 times Ive come to this location, none of the times has been satisfactory. This time I didn't even get my mobile order, I had to use the dogshit app to request a refund. If it was possible to give 0 stars, that would be the rating.

I wish I could have give this review zero stars! The employee watched me drive up and continued to walk outside and talk to a girl sitting in her car. I sat in the drive thru thinking maybe there was another employee working inside but no. 10 minutes in the drive thru and he just stood outside talking to his side chick!
