I ordered my coffee. When I got to pay the gentleman was nice. I waited patiently for my drink and bagel.When I got my drink i read the tag and it was incorrect. As the lady handed my bagel she asked if it was wrong and she fixed it. It was still wrong but more like what I ordered. But when I got back and opened my bagel with cream cheese it has almost nothing on it.The people were kind but the quality is lacking compared to other locations.

It’s hit and miss here. The guy I dealt with first was pretty incompetent. When I came back around to exchange the stale donut he gave me, the girl was kind and helpful.

Most DD locations consistently serve nasty coffee, but this one surprises me with a drinkable cup about half the time. The bar is low, but they do ok and the people are also hella nice.

We placed a large online order at this location this morning. Only 2 employees were in the store. They did an amazing job. Kept their composure with a long drive through line and people in the lobby. Obviously wait time was longer than average, but the breakfast sandwiches were hot and made correctly. The coffee was amazing. All the donuts/ other items were in the boxes/bags when they were finally able to complete it while handling other orders. Truly appreciate their hard work and ability to work under pressure. Will definitely be back.

Came to pick up my mobile order at 6am and they’re not even open. Not a soul to be seen. Opening time is 5am. Amateur hour over here. Every time I come here, they also get my order wrong. Save the trouble, and go to the other one on Hull st past the Kroger.

The lightly toasted everything bagel is very dark to where the seeds taste burnt in my opinion. When asking for a refund the manager Tee proceeded to tell me that I needed to come in or that she can remake it. Due to having a child in the car I told her coming in was not an option and if this is lightly toasted I don't want it remade which is why I mentioned that when placing my order. Poor customer service if I have to argue with anyone on how sometime taste to me when I am paying for it.

Absolute worst experience this evening and I'm still owed a refund because they never made my drink! I will be calling and going back up there until my issue is resolved. I'm so irritated i can't even formulate the words to discuss the multiple things that went wrong. When the guy said "what" to me while taking my order should have been my indication to leave smh

i don't wanna sound like a karen , but i worked here for 2 years . and when i worked here , all us staff would train ourself ... i never had someone train me . i've had customers come back to the store and want me personally to make there drink . hr let a lot of us hard working ones go and kept the ones who don't do anything , always sit around , and mess up everything . i've tried ti apply multiple times , so i could try and get the store right again . but no one will answer . this dunkin is a good dunkin . they just need better management!! and better employees !! . everyday i go to this dunkin . and sometimes i wait 2 mins for my drink sometimes im in the line for 30/40 mins . it's the employees not getting trained on everything they need to know !!

I sat at the drive-thru window about 7 minutes. I started to wonder if they were even open, so I said hello, and the person finally said, "Can I help you." I mean, where was she all this time? If she was busy, she could've said, " I'll be with you in one moment, but yeah, nothing. They also didn't have anything that I ordered down to a chocolate donut. I ended up leaving. Maybe it was an off day, but it was not such a good experience

I must concur with all the other reviews previously posted about this location. The store was incredibly unsanitary. There were dead insects all over the floor, and the doors were a bit icky. The employees were just warm bodies. When they handed my husband his strawberry frosted donut, the lady behind the counter had tossed it in the bag upside down, so the icing and sprinkles got all smushed. They also tried to charge us an extra dollar on top of the $10 order we had already placed for a cup of water. Quite a disappointing experience!
