Unfortunately my experience at the Sycamore Square Dunkin has been horrible. I placed a mobile order and waited in line for 15 minutes with no progress. There were four cars ahead of me and nothing moved. I ended up cancelling my order. Around 3-4 other cars ended up leaving too. You all are losing a lot of business because the service is so slow and rude. When I have been successful in picking up an order recently, the staff are rude and items are out of stock. I will not be returning to this location. The store manager really needs to know how inefficient this location is.

Don’t come here if you have any time constraints. The last two times it’s taken more than 10 minutes to pick up a mobile order. The last time I ordered bacon it was cold. Most recently they were out of all donut holes except for powdered sugar- this was at 8 am on a Friday. The customer service is a joke and the girl at the drive thru this morning was simply rude. I will never come back to this location again.

as i was waiting for an order a worker whos name began with an o (i couldnt see the rest of the name tag, i just saw an o and possibly followed by a c or another o) kept shooting me dirty looks until i left. it was very unprofessional and i was made to feel highly uncomfortable.
