This location is trash . Never have any donuts , I don’t understand why more can never be made . All the crappy flavors are left and they don’t make anymore

The workers are very nice to the customers i just think they are understaffed as the wait times are very long (at LEAST 20 minutes). But they were very apologetic and eager to make sure i got all of my items.

Have given this location if enough chances but I'm fed up. Everytime we go, we are met with 20+ minute long waits in the drive through to then discoverthat they ALWAYS forget something. Today waited another 20 minutes in line and they forgot 4 donuts so I walked in, to wait another 20 minutes without any acknowledgingme inside. FInally gave up and just left.

Unless the manger is at the window, expect to hear push back if they forget something. I was gaslit when they forgot two donuts on a previous visit, claiming that they defintely did hand them to me. Like why lie?

Never coming to this location again.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts for service in the past few months I don’t know what is changed, but it takes 20 minutes to even get to order and drive-through I went inside and there were four people behind counter and it was so chaotic. Very disappointed

Nice store with adequate parking and a drive through. Very clean with friendly personnel. They did not fill my order correctly. Ordered two Bavarian creams that have a chocolate topping. Instead, I got 2 custard filled coated in powdered sugar.

Went thru drive thru- got all the way home to realize my latte was a cup of room temperature milk with no espresso. Had to drive all the way back and go inside to have it remade. They all were laughing and wondering how that was even possible. Not funny, this cut 25 minutes out of my morning!

They didn't even comp my drink for all that hassle.
Oh and my lightly toasted bagel was charred to a crisp!

Ironically i don't really drink lattes- the only reason I ordered one here is because this location can't ever figure out how to make coffee correctly! it always is watered down and burnt tasting. I didn't feel like getting out of my car that day at Wawa where I normally go, and was in a hurry so this was the next best thing. Well, that was a waste.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. Sat at the drive-thru for a while so I had to honk the horn one time. Because of that I received rude service from both the employee at the window and the manager. Very unprofessional. No one acknowledged customers waiting at drive-thru so I honked once. Then I was told if I am rude to them by honking they will be rude to me. Couldn't believe the manager or whatever position the female held was very unprofessional. She could not make it anywhere else with that attitude. I did not yell or speak out of turn with them but this person told me I needed to be patient while waiting at drive-thru and if I didn't want to wait I could drive off and go somewhere else. What is sad is she assumed her coworker held acknowledged me at drive-thru by saying something so I guess she thought I blew my horn behind his acknowledgement but she didn't realize no one said anything. There was no acknowledgement that a customer had been waiting at the drive-thru to place an order. So she was totally in the wrong but instead of her backing down with the attitude she didn't. Turned it on me because when I drove up to the window after placing my order the guy said you order a frozen coffee. I said I order a caramel. He repeated frozen coffee. It was as though caramel was not part of the order. Then got made when I said I just want to make sure the order was correct. Correct me if I'm wrong but does dunkin have multiple flavors of frozen coffee. This is the most unprofessional behavior by two employees. They were on the defensive so no matter what I said or did they already planned to be rude. WOW! That is one for the books. Dunkin nice job in your customer service. Maybe your employees need to take the same classes that chic fil a employees take. They are always always professional. Dunkin no employee should have that much power to feel they can speak to a customer any kind of way.Update:Just wanted to update this to say that the DM took time out of her schedule to call and apologize for my experience. That to me is good when management takes time to make sure they hear and react to the customers concerns. So I give the DM Jasmine cudos for hearing the customer. Thank you.
