Drive through real bad

If you can even get them to answer at drive through it’s 50/50. I think they literally have one person working. And quality of those workers is a 0

This location is awful. I went there today and I tried to order a drink. I asked if they had any hot drinks cuz none of them show up on the drive thru menu. NO ONE could tell me any hot drinks to order except for coffee. No kidding. You don't have any lattes that are hot?? Waited in line for over 10 mins.

The new General Manager Jessica is awesome. She has great customer service and her employees love her. The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. I definitely return often.

Just went through the drive through to order breakfast and coffee. We were asking for a toasted bagel. She repeated the order back to us just saying “a bagel, what else?”. We repeated it back to her to confirm it would be toasted. She literally YELLED at us after trying to confirm she entered the order correctly and said ALL THE BAGELS ARE TOASTED. We tried to order the rest of our food/coffee and she didn’t respond through the intercom. Drove off without anything.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts but this is the worse location I’ve ever seen! My order is never correct or always missing items ! They need to do better. I had issues this morning with my order and my friend stop by the location later in the day to order a latte and she received a cup of milk . Where is the manager ???

Poorly designed lot that seems hopelessly jammed and gridlocked even at 11am on Sunday. Inside thereis 3 staff with 50 order slips and piles of stuck customers because their cars are blocked in and can even leave or don't know when they can order or get their coffee. I love Dunkins coffee and food but this branch needs major traffic and staffing redesign.

This Dunkin needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY or EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! I’m a local here, so I stop by at various different times during the week and no matter what day I stop by, the drive-thru is incredibly slow!! There are always at least 3 -4 people “working” inside but somehow there’s always long waits despite customer traffic being light!! They are in prime real estate to have superior service since foot traffic is so low but it always takes 20 minutes or more for a sandwich that they just have to heat up, a coffee, and donuts!!! Yesterday, I had to drive through without even placing an order because I sat for 10 minutes in front of the prompter and no one said anything except the automated message! Then I decided to drive up to the window and despite two employees seeing me pull-up, they proceeded to cackle and talk to each other without acknowledging that they’d service me for another 5 minutes. Every time I go there - it’s something! And God forbid you order a coffee - it takes even longer! All management needs to be let go - that’s the heavyset White woman, the Black man with the dreads, and the heavyset White man! And all the unfriendly and untrained high school students that clearly work here! After yesterday’s unprofessionalism - I will NOT be returning to this Dunkin!

Cute dunkin’ donuts. But the company “saves money” by not having a tip option on their credit card machine. That’s not cute.

Picked up my pick up order for the Sabrina shaken espresso drinks and they got my boyfriend’s drink right but I guess they forgot to add the liquid sweetener to my drink because they tasted the exact same. Didn’t realize until we had already driven away, very upsetting as the drink was very bitter.

The service at this location is great, but the quality of the drinks is super inconsistent. I order a large cold brew with 3 creams and 3 butter pecans. Swirls and it comes out white. This is less than the recommended amount for that size of drink and it is so sweet that I cannot drink it. I used to frequent this location several times a week and now do it sporadically because every time I go, it's different.
