This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been. Consistently just an awful experience. Today, only vehicle in the drive thru, placed order, two simple coffees, and sat at the window. Nobody greeted us. We sat for 15 min and then just left. They have the worst employees ( kids )who do not want to be there. They completely ignore you and no wonder there is never anyone there. This franchise is the worse and needs to be shut down

AYONA!!! thank you for being so pleasant so EARLY in the morning. Went through the drive thru ordered bacon egg n cheese croissant, a pumpkin cake donut, small frozen matcha latte. The sandwich was HUGE not much bacon on it though (so really an egg n cheese croissant) it was ok. Pumpkin cake donut was kinda rubbery n not really sweet so just (meh). I always ask for Xtra matcha powder cuz, u know, matcha is thee best. It was just okay and for almost $16 for 3 items, I need it to be better than just okay.

these are some of the most friendly staff I have seen at a Dunkin or any fast food restaurant for that matter. As a returning customer so many of the employees know what im getting already which makes it such an inviting place to be at, while there can be times where the wait can be long the only reason for that is because of how understaffed they are, but honestly thats the only complaint that i have and thats out of their control, a very clean store, modern and sleek, and amazing customer service you can tell they make sure to train people on that :)

I’ve gone multiple times, I never leave reviews. Almost every time I go I get the wrong type of bagel, and this time the bagel is basically charred (the photo of my everything bagel). It was completely uneatable. The service is always just okay, and today they didn’t even realize I hadn’t paid and were about to let me go. I won’t be a returning customer.
