Some of the Employee's do have a bit of attitude, but theyre also understaffed, and putting up with a lot! Food and Donuts were spectacular, ask for Hailey, best service I've had!

Kodey (i apologize if i got it wrong) was very warm and welcoming this cold morning. he had amazing customer service and served me one of his jack frost doughnuts that he made fresh this morning. everything was delicious and exactly what i asked for! thank you and give my boy a raise!!
As a NY'er DD is the Krispy Kreme of the North. I grew up on them in the good old NYC. To see them down here, I've become a DD customer and rewards member. I also frequent this location daily for my Expresso and random sandwich. They are very kind, great customer service and no my order. That as a store manager of my own store knows customer service goes a long way and that's why they win me over every time!

They are short staffed so service isn't the best right now, but I did see the general manager interviewing ppl so hopefully they will get staffed up soon.As busy as they are ans short staffed they are still pleasant.And ND the Halloween decorations are AWESOME
I was in parking lot, Dunkin' Donut, employee, store Belgrade, shopping area, a 4x4 pick up truck, he was in an a obvious sexual lip lock , in parking lot, huegonot, drive, I was to drive up , so disgusted at your lady co worker, slopping in parking lot, afraid to order , never again no DoNut, the creep took off , and entered Huegonot, he looked at me , creep

Horrible!!!! I got an iced cold brew earlier today, when the ice melted I noticed something floating in my cup... it was a Cap to a half n half or milk container... this place has failed to even meet expectations....several times. I gave them chances to treat me like a valued customer.... They should be shut down.... DISGUSTING!!!

Placed order on App to pick up at drive-thru. Arrived at 9:50 a.m. 29 minutes later I'm leaving with my order. Maybe five cars we're in front of me. And as usual they were out of some of the donuts I ordered. I ordered some munchkins also some of those were incorrect. From now on I will not go through that drive-thru if there are more than two cars. My advice is to go before 9:30 a.m.. at least they had a box to put my Donuts in this time.

Drove thru and ordered the chorizo and egg wrap with a mango pineapple drink. Good was fresh and hot. One person doing everything there. She was amazing and should be recognized for her professionalism, Customer Service, and for showing up! It is 26 Sept, and I went thru at about 5 in the evening. Please promote this person!
