Always out of donuts, and not just a few - most of them. How do they stay in business?

Waited 5 minutes in line for a cup of water, she told me to pull around without saying a total and then tried to charge me 2.75 for a CUP OF WATER. It’s only suppose to be 1$ if it’s charged. Employee was also rude.
BUGS BUGS BUGS I recently visited this location and they squished a bug into my drink lid and actually handed me the drink! I was running late and didnt notice the bug. So I drank about half the drink 🤢.. When I brought the drink back the manager on duty apologized and gave me a gift card that has zero dollars on it although she stated it had 10 dollars. This location clearly has a bug problem see my photos of my drink..

New guy behind the counter not a problem, but the grumpy old lady teaching him to do his job when she doesn’t know what she’s doing is the problem. Ordered a chipotle wake up wrap with sausage, told them 3 times. I received a regular sausage wake up wrap then even after I said something about it they made me another wake up wrap, this time with chipotle and still managed to do it wrong
I have called this store 3 times this evening and no one has picked up. I'm just trying to talk to someone about my large order for tomorrow. I'm a supervisor at a neighboring restaurant and wouldn't stand for this kind of customer service.
I'll do pick up from somewhere else from now on.

This is the worst DD in our area. They are always out of half the menu. How are you a donut shop that is out of most of your donuts by 11am? And what they do have tastes stale. The employees act like you are inconveniencing them by ordering or asking questions. Every time I come here I regret it.

It was nice to be able to grab a donut without waiting in line when I stopped by after dropping off my son at school. That said, the donuts could have been a bit fresher for the morning — but thank you anyway, they were still nice!

I gave seven dollars for a four dollar and thirty cent coffee. In customer service I am expected to say thank you for every transaction, I Expect a thank you when I tip someone. If everyone tips them fifty percent they would be doing very well. With Service like that they need to be grateful for every penny they get
Highly disappointed in the performance of this store their equipment is constantly failing. It’s been almost 2 weeks and they’re frozen coffee machine is still not working just unorganized.
I order the same exact drink once a week and somehow it’s a different color every week. It feels like staff education on measurements of milk ratios is not present. If I order and pay for something I expect it to look the same every time… at least similar.
Asked for a decaf coffee and was presented a regular with what was printed on the ticket on the drink. I asked to clarify if this was decaf and they acted annoyed and said yes it was. I brought it home and confirmed that it was indeed regular after a few sips when my heart rate spiked. Please take decaf seriously for individuals that have sensitivities.
This Dunkin is a hot mess & the 3 women who were working today had no idea what they were doing!!! I watched people who came after me, get their drinks & leave. I waited 25 min for a medium hot caramel latte with almond milk. I kept asking the older white latte where my latte was & she couldn’t tell me. Her response was “I don’t know how to make those drinks, it should be coming”. This place needs to have a manager on duty full time until their employees are fully trained. I’m a former barista so seeing these women struggle that much to make simple drinks is embarrassing! I asked for a refund & went to another location. I didn’t get an apology.
