I waited in the drive thru line for 36 minutes, the line was so long it wrapped around the building and there was no way to get out. Once I am at the window, I received a squished Boston cream donut and a half full large latte. This is utterly outrageous. $9 for a donut and half full large latte and the guy at the window said “what do you expect, it’s 8am” I have never waiting in a drive thru for over a half hour 🙄 absolutely ridiculous

Please notice that my cup is clean and dry, my lid is clean and I have half a cup of coffee

Doordasher was given food that was unsecured and without a bag. Please place customers food in a closed bag with a sticker that ensures that it has not been tampered with. Tried calling the location to speak to someone, but nobody answered. Hence the review. Food is inedible.

Everytime I go now the drinks are inconsistent and never taste like they use to. The past few times I've gone the iced mocha has no mocha in it....there's always new people which h ohkay, but I would like some consistency again.

This was the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. The drive thru wait with 3 cars in front of me was over 10 minutes, and they lost my order. The two people working the drive-thru were both drinking and one was eating.

Unapologetically slow! Went inside and ordered at 9:07am with the intention of leaving before 9:15. It gets to be 9:25 and I still have no coffee or food. Had to ask for a refund because I needed to be somewhere. The drivethru was pretty long and they clearly prioritize those people. Which I get, but it’s still ridiculous to wait nearly 20 minutes (after which I still walked out empty handed, so who knows how long it would’ve ACTUALLY taken). They clearly need to hire more people. I won’t be going back.

Every single time I go here, the service is always incredibly slow. I placed a mobile order for pick up. I arrive at the estimated time given, and my order is not ready. 20 mins go by, and no one has asked me if I needed help or if I was still waiting on an order. I watched all the walk-in customers get their orders before me. Finally I walk up to the register and ask for the status of my mobile order. One of the employees proceeds to the counter where the drinks are made, and hands me my drink that had clearly been sitting there for over 20 mins. I also had a donut with my order, and sure enough they ran out of it WHILE I was there because it was never bagged up and set to the side. While we’re on that, why are they ALWAYS out of half their flavors??? I couldn’t even pick any alternatives because they were literally out of practically everything. I took my refund and went up the street to Sugar Shack. In and out in less than 3 mins despite them being busy. I don’t know if this location needs new management or what but I’m hoping they can revamp the customer service soon.

Two visits in three days and they’re slow and lack interest. I left the store without my order the first time (30 minutes after paying no food).

Today at the drive through..:: the shift manager was audibly rude (he did not turn off his microphone or did not care).

Every time I go they mess up my order. I'll order something pay for it and then they tell me they don't have it, but they can't refund me my money. Or they'll mess up my drink order and they tell me that they'll get me next time (put a note up) because they can't refund me my money.

I received a promotion to get a pumpkin muffin. When I got to the store they said pumpkin was sold out. Some promotion. Tell me before I waste my time coming into the store I won't go to Dunkin again.

I mostly avoid this place because of broken espresso machines, out of menu items or extremely slow service. This morning I made an exception and stopped by for coffee and a donut. As I'm driving down the road I begin to drink the coffee. The lid wasn't secure so coffee went everywhere. Never going back.

Drive thru takes forever doesn't matter how slow it is. Got hashbrowns the other day and they literally were so burnt but instead of realizing that they still just gave them to me. Not sure if no one wants to work or if the hiring manager sucks at picking staff.
