It was nice to be able to grab a donut without waiting in line when I stopped by after dropping off my son at school. That said, the donuts could have been a bit fresher for the morning — but thank you anyway, they were still nice!

I gave seven dollars for a four dollar and thirty cent coffee. In customer service I am expected to say thank you for every transaction, I Expect a thank you when I tip someone. If everyone tips them fifty percent they would be doing very well. With Service like that they need to be grateful for every penny they get

I order the same exact drink once a week and somehow it’s a different color every week. It feels like staff education on measurements of milk ratios is not present. If I order and pay for something I expect it to look the same every time… at least similar.

Asked for a decaf coffee and was presented a regular with what was printed on the ticket on the drink. I asked to clarify if this was decaf and they acted annoyed and said yes it was. I brought it home and confirmed that it was indeed regular after a few sips when my heart rate spiked. Please take decaf seriously for individuals that have sensitivities.

This Dunkin is a hot mess & the 3 women who were working today had no idea what they were doing!!! I watched people who came after me, get their drinks & leave. I waited 25 min for a medium hot caramel latte with almond milk. I kept asking the older white latte where my latte was & she couldn’t tell me. Her response was “I don’t know how to make those drinks, it should be coming”. This place needs to have a manager on duty full time until their employees are fully trained. I’m a former barista so seeing these women struggle that much to make simple drinks is embarrassing! I asked for a refund & went to another location. I didn’t get an apology.

This dunkin is the most awful store you could ever go to. The wait is ridiculous and forbid you have somewhere to go and stop here because you'll be waiting about half an hour for your order and by the time you receive your food or hot drink, it's all cold. The employees are very very rude and most definitely should not be working in customer service or anywhere at all. They are very rude and the management is awful as well. They've gotten my orders wrong on multiple accounts as well. I've doordashed with this dunkin and have gotten all the wrong donuts evey single time and will not be ordering from them again. This store is also very nasty. Floors are visibly dirty, never stocked on toilet paper, the bathrooms are just absolutely disgusting, and it smells like pee a lot of the time. They are always out of everything I want to order as well. If I could give this store a negative one out of ten I most definitely would.

I waited in the drive thru line for 36 minutes, the line was so long it wrapped around the building and there was no way to get out. Once I am at the window, I received a squished Boston cream donut and a half full large latte. This is utterly outrageous. $9 for a donut and half full large latte and the guy at the window said “what do you expect, it’s 8am” I have never waiting in a drive thru for over a half hour 🙄 absolutely ridiculous

Doordasher was given food that was unsecured and without a bag. Please place customers food in a closed bag with a sticker that ensures that it has not been tampered with. Tried calling the location to speak to someone, but nobody answered. Hence the review. Food is inedible.
