We usually stop by once or twice a week to figure out coffee and donuts never have an issue donuts are always fresh and everyone is friendly. Today, however, a bit different with the friendliness for some reason I was having some issues at the window with my card not sure why we can’t give the card to the Cashier, but they lean the card reader out the window and you have to put your information in. That’s fine and dandy but when you run into a problem like I did you have to keep putting the reader out the window and trying it again. Well today that happened and the young lady waiting on us said maybe you should try tipping next time. That was extremely inappropriate. Not sure if she was frustrated that she had to keep putting the reader out of the window, but that’s not my fault I think after two attempts my card would not allow any more attempts.

Coffee was great! Service was friendly and had the drinks out quick. Pleasant experience.
I am not appreciating being asked to tip at the drive through window.

Noticed Dunkin’ is now doing the same thing Starbucks does — holding the card reader out and asking for a tip. Honestly, it feels a bit out of place for a quick-service donut shop. I’m all for supporting great service, but the tipping prompt slows down a grab-and-go stop and doesn’t quite fit the Dunkin’ vibe. My drink was good though.
The croissant looked very appetizing in the photo but turned out to be different in reality. The dough was quite dense, whereas a light and flaky texture was expected. The taste was also disappointing and seemed rather plain. Furthermore, our order was mixed up in the morning, perhaps due to the morning rush. Overall, expectations for the pastry were not met.

On a Saturday morning me and my Mom stopped by this Dunkin donuts, the light skin gentlemen wearing glasses working the drive through was so refreshing!
Thank you for your morning encouragement, and wonderful personality! My mother is still talking about how nice he was.
Keep up the good job, you never know what others are going through. You put a smile on both of our faces.

Worst dunkin I’ve’ ever been to. Smelled like burnt coffee when we walked in the coffee was so burnt and bitter. Bagels had the thinest layer of cream cheese on them. And expensive was $30 the exact same order at another dunkin cost me $20. Staff wasn’t very friendly either. Was there at about 6:30 in the morning on 11/30.

The best coffee, the best Dunkin, and they continue to seek ways to improve! I’ve been to so many Dunkins, in so many states, and this place is doing it right across the board.

They have a habit of getting their orders cross wired. I feel they don’t really pay attention to the customer and get everything screw up. It’s not that difficult to take orders. Donuts Donuts by Turner Road
How is this place in business?!?? You pay $7 for a drink full of ice (even when asked for less). Full of sugar. The hashbrowns at other locations are good and crispy. I got greasy soggy disgusting tasting hashbrowns and burnt avocado toast. I wonder if anyone (like a manager) is checking for quality control of their food?? I’d be embarrassed to work here and serve food like that to people. Work ethic needs to change in this country. I’d rather take my money to Starbucks. Sorry for the bad review Dunkin, but it’s been more than a handful of times I’ve experienced poorly made food.

Ridiculous to charge $8 for 10 ct munchkins, especially when there's 2 locations within 10 mins charging just $4!! Even worse, they've left the 10 ct price empty on the display

I visited this Dunkin’ on Monday, September 28th at 8:40 PM, 20 minutes before closing. I called ahead because I was interested in purchasing two dozen boxes of donuts. My plan was to hand them out to people in need the following morning along with meals I prepared.
When I arrived at the drive-thru I waited 5 minutes behind a car that ordered then when it was my turn I was asked to come inside by a brunette young girl with pigtail braids who said she wasn’t sure if they could give out donuts.... I was completely confused because they were already low in stock and they emphasized on it several times for some reason. I explained that I wasn’t asking for FREE food—I was willing to pay for the donuts, I just asked them what I could pay for them instead of full price if they would just be tossed. Instead of assisting me, she brought up a lawsuit where Dunkin’ was supposedly sued because old donuts were given out to the homeless. It felt like she was assuming I was trying to do the same thing, even though I made it clear I was offering to pay. Her reasoning didn’t make sense—if I bought the donuts and gave them away days later, the same “issue” she mentioned could still occur.
Her dismissive attitude left me feeling ignored. She was more concerned about closing than listening, and shut down her register before the official closing time because I attempted to purchase some ice cream but couldn't she asked another male working there to let me know it was 9pm. While another young man working was at least professional and kind in his approach - I left empty-handed, my questions about ice cream ignored, and my goal to buy donuts for people in need completely dismissed.
I’m not affiliated with a church or organization—I do this on my own to spread love and compassion in the community and spread awareness of Jesus' love for all.
It was disheartening to be treated this way when I was only trying to make a purchase for a good cause.
