Very poor experience. Waited 10 minutes at register with 7 plus employees waiting on the drive through without even acknowledgment. When I asked if I could place an order, a girl employee standing at the closest position at cold drink fountain said “drive through comes first”! Under my management I would not allow employees to treat customers that get out of their car and come in that way. Won’t be stopping again!!!

Best Dunkin I have ever been in. Food was fresh, hot & correct. Staff was inviting & super friendly. The restaurant was super clean & fully stocked.
Every time I come to this Dunkin' Donuts, they are always out of everything bagels. It is the most infuriating thing when all you want is a bagel and every single time you want a bagel they're always out of only the everything bagels. Maybe start having a large larger supply of everything bagels so you stop running out. This is the new location and it's already trash.

I stopped going to Starbucks when they reopened this location. I visit this location 5 days a week. 3 out of the five days they make my coffee wrong. I get the same thing thing large vanilla latte - oak milk. They constantly are using regular milk. I can not drink regular milk. I will not longer be going to here either. Heaven forbid someone has real allergies.

My experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts Midlothian was not the best I was hoping for. I walked in and I ordered my food. Everything was great up until I got my food. The first thing that happened was I my son did not his donut hole there was pee on the floor in the restaurant and it smelled like someone had just took an a large size feces in the floor The worker look like he was at the zombie apocalypse in Fortnite
This Dunkin’ used to be great, but since it reopened, it’s been a completely different experience. It seems to be under new management, and things feel disorganized. When I arrived, no one was at the front—everyone was in the back, and I waited around 20 minutes without any update.
I eventually had to go up and remind them I had placed an order and was still waiting. Only then did someone acknowledge me and get my drink ready. I did receive a quick apology, but that was it.
The drink itself was okay, but the overall customer service was lacking. Staff seemed more focused on what was happening in the back than on the customers. It felt very disconnected and not welcoming at all. Definitely not the same Dunkin’ I remembered.

Nice new location. Selection of donuts was very limited for a 6:30a visit. There were only about 5-7 options. Server was super nice and greeted me immediately.

This is newly rebuilt. I was able to get my daughter a Sabrina Carpenter cup and munchkins for my office in about 2 minutes. They were very pleasant.
