When you are out riding with a Hip Hop fan and they spot a Fat Burger by letting you know through lyrics. I have heard of this Restaurant and knew that it was based on the West Coast. I was not aware if there being a location here. Since I have not made it to the West Coast yet, this is my first taste. The staff was nice, informative, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I am grateful for the customization offers and I am intrigued by the menu options that provide for many diet types. There is also a burger challenge that piques my interest, as well. The inside is a decent size and gives a fast food dining feel. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean and everything is cooked to order. I ordered a turkey burger with Swiss cheese, tomatoes, and pickles on a wheat bun. The burger was well seasoned and the toppings were appropriate. I would have like for my cheese to be more prominently seen and tasted. I will definitely be back as they have wings. I did not want to overdo it today.

I thought it would be like Freddy's. It's not. But the food was OK and they were fast.Basically, I paid $20 for burger, fries, and a shake. It was just OK.The worker who took my order was nice and they were fast making the food.

For the amount of money spent, the food portions were not worth it. I got the 6 pc boneless wing meal and it came with fries and a drink. The drink options were limited to soda and tea, and the sodas were just carbonated water. Spent $35 on 2 meals and couldn’t get a good drink.
GREAT BURGERS. To all the cheap, self described fattys that love McDonalds, just go to McDonalds and be happy. That’s why they sell Happy Meals. Be grateful that you had the option to try Fatburger. You don’t have to like it but you don’t have to criticize either. I’ve eaten burgers everywhere and this one holds up just fine and is certainly worth a try!!! Well done!

So first off this is the ONLY Fatburger located in all of VA!! Located up the street from uptiwn alley on the left side of the street!Yes fatburger was featured in baby boy, dont be a menance, and many more tv shows and popular movies!This review was a solo review so no friend or family member on the side!The staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as you come into the door!The store is small enough to still be homely. Kinda feels like they have the big ol patties from Mondo burger, but the friendliness, flavor, and vibe of goodburger! I love the presentation of everything as well very cute and it shows care ☺️I got the original fat thousand island burger with a fried egg, some cheese, the works minus pickles! It was juicy and flavorful! I also got the fat fries and the fries were good fresh, just wished there was a little salt but no big deal! The honey mustard taste home made and not too sweet! Felt right!I can't base my experience off previous customer's visits, only my own.I believe they got it together from when those reviews were posted!
